Really disappointing experience shipping internationally... In my second time shipping to a the same address overseas, I had so much trouble getting assistance and clarity from this store. I spent $110 on a shipment that was showing attempted deliveries over and over again but the recipient was always home. I called to follow up and someone noted my info for a callback asap. never got a callback. Hours later i called back for an update due to no follow up and another rep (not a manager) said they found my info but it was never handed to the manager again and the rep i previously spoke to left for the day. at this point i've stepped away from my personal work 3x for this. I was told I'd receive another call back and spoke to a rep who was covering for the manager. She let me know that there was a duty fee that should be covered and that they would happy cover it. At this point i just paid the $8 myself while i was on hold. Due to the lack of assistance, i had to call UPS support myself to get directed to the Berlin Germany UPS hub to figure out what to do and they stated there was no reason why this package never delivered. At this point, I had a few callbacks with Berlin UPS to work it out myself because i was not getting clarity from this local UPS store. The Germany support team provided me the address and hours of the UPS location to pickup. This really shouldn't have been my responsibly especially after so many attempts trying to get clarity and assistance locally. After the weekend, I called back again to try to finally talk to a manager. I was told that due to the inconvenience she'll file a claim for me once i confirm the package has been delivered to attempt a shipping refund. the only reason this package now shows "delivered" is because I myself called the international hubs in Berlin to then schedule a pickup by the recipient. Now, i'm being told by another manager that the claim they will file likely will not lead to any actual refund of any sort, since it's likely a customs issue. The communication regarding this has been beyond poor and disappointingly inconsistent. I've spoken to about 5 different people at this UPS store regarding this with different responses and really no concrete resolutions aside from communicating the delivery that I personally arranged myself. There has been zero accountability taken at all. Really frustrating experience and no empathy or resolution and I can never just speak to the same person any time I call about the same issue. read more

Worst service ever! 3 employees behind the counter - not one of them would READ the labels they printed out. Not one of them could figure out that they printed the same label twice. Two labels- one package. All they had to do was throw away one label. (I verified this with Amazon.) They had no ability - or no desire - to problem-solve. Last time I was in, an older Caucasian man and a very young looking African American woman were there and neither wore one. Going to UPS is usually the kind of chore that everyone dreads. This location goes out of their way to make every customer feel welcomed and appreciated for their business. You may be asking "why leave a review for UPS?" Well.. today as I stopped by at lunch to make some amazon returns (the reason I frequent this location) and a gentleman was noticeably vocal and bitter towards an employee because of printer issues. The solution was the completely understandable need to add more paper to the printer. This man was impatient, snappy, and all around unpleasant yet the employee helping him did so with patience, positivity, and an unbudging willingness to help. The poor time management of that grumpy customer should not have been taken out on the employee who was still doing everything in his power to resolve the issue as fast as possible. With only two employees running the location at the time I had a minor 2-3 minute wait and was thanked for my patience even though I did not mind at all, I was solely waiting my turn. As I left I was thanked by the employee still helping the grumpy gentleman and I simply said "no problem, things happen!" to slyly show my support. These employees are SO busy and still take the time to make your experience positive and efficient. THAT is why I wanted to leave this review. The customers should be the ones thanking them for all they do, not the other way around. This location is reliable, efficient and has a great team. Thanks for making my Monday better by spreading kindness. This is my way of paying it back. Let's be kind to people and show our appreciation. read more

Used to love this place, have used them for over 10 years. They have now lost two packages in less than two weeks. If you want any type of assistance with your package other than just dropping off the box ,this is not the place for you as they won't lift a finger. Even something as simple as taping a label they won't assist. If you have a fully packaged, printed and enclosed label in your package and you are ok waiting in line rather than simply using a drop off box, then this is a suitable choice. read more

This specific location used to be my favorite, until today! I had been going at least once a week to print out and every time it had been 10 cents per black and white pages AND using my own usb drive on the machine (not using the computer). Well today the guy that rung me up was going to charge me $1.10 for 1 page that was black and white while using my own usb drive and never even touched the computer. This was a little sketchy... because he was all stuttering and seemed to get a little nervous (I wasn't even being rude I was just asking why is it so much if all the previous times it had been 10 cents?) he didn't even know what to say other than, "it's the same price as using the computer" and "my boss really wants us to push this". Doesn't even make sense. "Push" what exactly? I just left because I was not going to get scammed that easily. I did call other UPS locations just to verify their price, in case I was actually wrong and UPS did change their price, and they all said it's 10 cents for a black and white print. So why was this employee at this specific location trying to charge me literally 11X more? P.S he's not new because I had already seen him a couple times before, I just never interacted with him until today, unfortunately. read more

As a business owner myself I would be mortified to learn that my employees would not open the door and help me at 6:32. 2 minutes after closing. I had a very late Father's Day gift to go out and was leaving early the next morning on a flight. The two employees told me the owner said "close at 6:30 and don't help anyone else." Truthfully I find it hard to believe. If your an owner, you lost a local customer because the young men inside watched me beg, very nicely and refused to help. I know I got there late, but we are a community. The above and beyond is what sets most businesses apart. I only write this review to call attention to the owner. read more

BUYER BEWARE: Do NOT get a mailbox here. They say they will toss junk mail then change their minds midway through your contract and then try to charge you for having too much mail. There are no refunds but they do not honor their word. Find a UPS place elsewhere! Dallas UPS drivers are the absolute worst. I have ordered something to my apartment 4 times now, paid for overnight delivery, only to end up wondering where my package is for a few days until it "magically" appears at the front office. Since our office closes at 6, the drivers mark that it's been delivered so they don't get in trouble and then don't actually deliver the package until days later. Worst worst worst. read more

Complete and total incompetence on the part of UPS. A shipment of necessary medical equipment was to be delivered via UPS. Upon checking tracking, the system says the address is incorrect. The address as shown on the shipping page and the tracking page is the correct address. First person I spoke to said the address was wrong because the apt number was on the same line as the street address. Advised this moron that the apt on the same line does not invalidate the address. If the label was not printed correctly, fix your labeling system. Over 2 hours, 3 phone calls,one of which was disconnected, and more than an hour on hold and the upshot is they will not deliver the package today because the driver is on his way back to the facility. Was advised we can just go to the UPS facility and pick up the package if we need it that badly. This is a package going to an 82 year old woman in frail health already and UPS refuses to deliver until tomorrow. I will not ever use UPS again. Bunch of incompetents and imbeciles. I never did receive the call back from the local facility that was promised during the original call. read more
