Was sold the "Search Engine Optimization" monthly package. Prior to switching I was ranking in the top 10 for certain keyword searches for my industry. In 3 months I fell out of the top ten to below top 20 and completely off google maps. For $5000 a year this is unacceptable. The only work I am generating now is through word of mouth. They completely killed my web presence and refuse to do anything about it but, scream because I cancelled my card and they want their $400 a month. As a small business owner, if I did this to my "customers" I'd be out of business. After multiple emails with spread sheets showing the search engine data, Ive gotten no response. Either they don't know what they are doing or they are refusing to do it. Stay away from them. They will cripple your small business. See attached photos for my new web rankings.

As a small farmer in Ohio, I called and inquired about their old vinyls and if they sold them. I thought it would be a good opportunity to keep stuff from getting put in a landfill, but also offset the cost of my little small farm. The guy was more than pleasant. He said they actually recycle all their vinyls to keep the landfills from filling up with them. I told him I understood and he then said, but since you ask, we can get you a few if you stop down at our office. I was beyond gracious, as he said there would be no cost. He gave me the address and I left work on my lunch. I arrived at the office and was immediately greeted with confusion of what the heck I was doing there From a woman. I explained I spoke to the operations Director Greg Dean and took her through the story. She was very stand offish saying that's not allowed. No one would tell me that. That's not it works. Ok, but that's what I was told. I wouldn't drive clear across town as a struggling farmer without checking first. I may not be a big client but I have used 2 billboards...1 in April and this month in June. If you want a judge of their character just stop down at their public business office and see how you're greeted.

Not only is this dishonest and bad business, but is illegal. Not only will I never suggest anyone uses this branch, but this company as a whole. It's clear their culture doesn't recognize basic intellectual property law. This blatant disregard nearly cost me a customer as the proof I showed them, and what they saw, were two very different things. My lawyer will be in contact with the company soon.

I lived across the street behind Central Perk for many years. My experiences were amazing. The place is very clean and well lit. This is important for the older of us who do not see so well. Bright lighting can really help when filling out small-print forms. Both times I arrived, I was served immediately by a "welcome home" smile. The staff is personable as well as very knowledgable. Yesterday I walked in with a rather large item contained in a yard trash bag. NO PROBLEM. They found a box and in five minutes, I was out the door. I took the trash bag with me. You would do well to consider making this your package "go to" Other businesses would benefit by taking a page from the UPS customer service handbook. They treat you right!
