"Dr. Lee i made the plan with you about two months, ago i asked for my card to be switched after the first month, the girls ignored me, when I went to do the labs they charged me 200$, i called one of the girls was extremely rude said "I dont like dealing with your kind of people" hung up on me after telling me I should be taking medication, would not let me speak kept speaking over me trying to make me seem like im crazy, all I asked was to cancel, and when i asked to speak to you she refused, for all I know this email goes to her ,but one way or another i feel like you should know hows your coworkers treat people."

After listening to all my concerns, he TOOK HIS TIME with me in his office before examining me. He did not over-order unnecessary tests, but ordered tests to help my diagnosis. After two years of getting the run around for 3-4 other gastro doctors, Dr. Andres finally was able to help me after my first visit and under his care for six months I am doing much better. Everyone in his office is fabulous; the office ladies are nice, the ultrasound techs are great. His office is easy to get to and very clean. I was very stressed out about my condition and Dr. Andres took the time to listen and console me. He is also really smart. He calls personally himself to follow up. He is fantastic!

I was heartbroken to learn of his passing today from his staff. He was such a kind, gentle man. I enjoyed going to his office as it wasn't ever over crowded and behind like others. I usually am waiting over an hour at any other office to be seen as the doctors are usually way behind schedule and putz around. I also enjoyed stepping back in time a bit, it was pure nostalgia walking into his office. I felt like a kid again with all of the older decor. I was really sick in December 2021. I did a Telehealth call and was prescribed medicine by another doctor. I wasn't getting any better and finally made the trip to see Dr Jutkowitz. He pulled out this old looking machine and got to work cleaning out my ears and trying to help me hear again. I swear, this man was such a gem or a human being. He wasn't like all of the ones just looking to throw medicine at you. He wanted to fix the issue and knew how to every time. I am thankful I was under his great care for many years and he is missed!

I found this odd, but answered anyway. I was told that Dr. Jutkowitz doesn't prescribe medications very easily, to which I said I was basically looking for a new PCP, as I have just moved back to CT. She then asked again if I was looking for medication. I assured her that I wasn't someone who was looking for a doctor to prescribe medication, and that I was looking for a PCP. She then rudely told me they weren't accepting new patients and hung up on me.

So. The only reason this place is getting ANY stars from me is cause they made me sorta better. At…read moreleast, the first time. And it was my own boyfriend and his parents who recommended it to me initially(they are native Stratford-ites). The rest of the stars are for how nice everyone was and the fact that they do have decent hours. I've been sick on and off since early, early January. I went to them in the beginning of January and they gave me some meds and made me slightly better. Anyways...end of January rolls around...and I'm sick. Again. So I head back here, tell them what is going on with me...and the doctor goes "just rest, drink water, take advil, sounds like a cold." Hrm. Fine. So...I do that...and Friday, I wake up sick as heck (same symptoms, just worse!). I head off to work still(saving up my time for my Vegas Vaca!)...and all day my eye is bothering me. I go to bed, barely able to see, breathe or speak....and wake up doing even worse the next morning. Jas rushed me to the walk in in Huntington(MUCH better) where come to find out...I have double pink eye, a serious sinus infection AND an upper respiratory infection. Stratford walk in on Wends told me it was "just a cold." Okaay. And they still billed me. Even after I called and told them what happened.
