To my surprise, he contacted me the same night and immediately began working to understand what my husband and I were looking for and how he could assist us. He was always available to us when we needed him, no matter how small our question or concern was. One of the great things about Kevin is that he is not a high pressure salesman. He genuinely wants to make sure that his client is satisfied with the purchase they are making. He showed us multiple houses, and rather than pushing us towards any particular house, he listened to our ideals, goals and preferences, showed us things that fit our vision and ultimately worked hard to get us the home we wanted. We had a particularly difficult seller, but Kevin did all that he could to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that deal went through. He shielded us from the difficult communications while still making sure that we knew where things stood at any given moment. Another thing that is really great about Kevin is how much he knows about construction and home building. We ended up in a new construction home and although we had a home inspection, we already knew almost everything the inspector told us because Kevin had pointed them out and explained them to us while showing us the house. However, his knowledge was proven when the inspector walked us around the home re-iterating much of what he had already said. Aside from his real estate knowledge, Kevin is a just a nice guy and very easy to work with. He is very professional. We never felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to us or to anyone else involved in the transaction. He is very punctual. He was always at our appointments before us, and we were on time. He is courteous, and he really gives his best for his clients. We never had any concerns that he was doing anything but his best for us.
