When we complained about a missing order, they sent us a blurry picture of the bottles in a random spot that wasn't even our apartment, and then had the nerve to say it wasn't their problem. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company and their service. It's simply not worth the hassle. My wife and I are canceling our service, but after reading other comments, I'm bracing for a nightmare trying to get that done too.
