This has gone on for 6-8 months at least. I've been beyond patient with them. They were getting worse and worse then they started not delivering at all last fall due to not being able to find a driver. They hired someone - NO change. Missed December, I called and told them I've had it - if they don't make their next delivery, I'm canceling. They delivered. Then proceeded to miss February. And missed March too. IF YOU CAN'T DO HOME DELIVERIES DON'T OFFER THE SERVICE. It's that simple.

The car was left blocking the entrance for about half an hour during the entire delivery. This was not only disrespectful but an inconvenience to the community.
