I used to go to Blue Med Spa in Sherman Oaks, and every visit there would take 1-2 hours. The whole experience always felt like constant upselling from start to finish, from the front desk to the injector. It just wasn't enjoyable. My visit today was the complete opposite. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. When you walk in there's chilled champagne, orange juice for mimosas, and a lot of skincare products displayed. I'll admit I was a little nervous at first because I thought it might be another high-pressure environment. Instead, everyone was incredibly kind and relaxed. I told Kelly upfront that I had about $450-$500 to spend, and she didn't bat an eye or make me feel uncomfortable about having a budget. She treated my 11 lines and forehead wrinkles for $300, after the receptionist helped me apply a $65 coupon that she informed me about at check out. I was honestly expecting to only be able to afford my 11s like I used to at Blue, where just the forehead area would run around $550-$600 and crows feet were always extra. The difference here was huge. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, and never once pressured me to add anything or buy extra services or products. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience and so happy to be done with Blue Med Spa.
