He was patient, kind, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. He handled my anxiety with so much compassion, stopping as many times as I needed when I became overwhelmed--even through a full-blown panic attack. That level of patience meant more to me than I can put into words. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained exactly what he could realistically accomplish. He never tried to oversell me or push unnecessary treatments. I even asked about Botox for my upper lip, and he told me, "You don't need it." That kind of integrity is rare and made me trust him even more. I've had a septoplasty in the past, and my nose was still noticeably crooked. After my liquid rhinoplasty, I'd honestly say it's about 85-90% improved. I couldn't believe the difference. The filler alone made the entire visit worth it. The office staff was just as amazing--friendly, welcoming, and understanding from the moment I walked in. This was my first time ever getting Botox, so I'm still waiting to see the full results from that, but based on my experience so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone.
