First time ordering, the process was simple and they answered any questions I had. I paid for rush shipping but the product never showed up. After calling to resolve the issue Michelle took the plate and did a great job making sure the customer had it during the intended time frame. Although it was USPS who made the issue, they were still willing to re-print and FedEx express overnight the item so the customer has it in time. Nice colorful Smartwatch. I own a Fitbit but I really want to own a smartwatch. This one is a well known brand and very durable.
