Today I went to this office. My cell phone had a weak internet signal, which caused me to be a little late. In fact, to avoid inconveniencing anyone, I left the premises to find a signal to download my return labels, and this gentleman treated me in a very unprofessional and racist manner. read more

I love that this UPS store opens at 8:00 am on the weekdays because sometimes I work at 8:30 am, and this gives me time to drop off my packages! During one of my visits, this lady was holding up the line, and there was only one employee on shift. Instead of waiting for the line to get longer, she kindly asked the lady to wait to the side and took care of me and the other people who already had their packages ready. She was very professional, assisted everyone else in a matter of seconds, and then helped the other lady with her issue! I wish more UPS employees would do this because people like myself like to drop off our packages and leave as soon as possible. read more

Anytime I have needed to ship a package, these guys are awesome! Friendly and professional...wish more businesses were run like this. My wife and I were away for a few days. We had an important package and because we have always had a good experience with this UPs Store, we had it Delivered there. They emailed us as soon as it arrived. Was even more Impressed that when we went in the next day to pick the package up, the employee required identification. We will definitely be using them again to receive important deliveries, especially when we don't want To be sitting around all day waiting for a delivery. read more

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ALTERNATIVE. I sent a package containing 8 bone china teacups and saucers (worth about $50.00 a piece) to an address in Austin TX. During the trip, a hole about 10" wide was punched through the side of the box. All of the china was shattered. UPS staff dumped some of the broken pieces, covered the hole with tape and delivered it as though it was just another day. The claim I filed was rejected saying I hadn't wrapped the individual pieces sufficiently. The gaping hole in the side was really of no consequence and UPS was certainly not responsible for the damage. It's like watching a Monty Python movie only it isn't funny. Apparently this is a franchise. The owner says I should take it up with UPS. UPS says I should take it up with the owner. It's really a disgrace. read more

When another UPS Store location failed me, Robert went above and beyond to pick the items up and take care of our client. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, communication and "CAN DO" attitude, especially in our world's current state with COVID-19. I went to FedX store first to get 4 pages faxed. The lady there barely pointed to a fax machine and told me to go use it. I knew nothing about their machine. The lady walked away and a guy behind the counter keep say I have to wait. Machine saying deep sleep for way too long I left didn't have to pay 8 dollars for four pages. So I went here to the UPS store. Wonderful young lady, very nice took my pages and ran them thru for me. Done in minutes I was charged $4.95. What a savings. Such a very nice feeling to be treated so nicely. Great customer service and much lower prices! Good job if you need those services go here! read more

The lady at the front counter, SCARLET!!!! She was horrible. She asked me to step to the side to find my shipping labels which is ok. I completely understand that. She then told me to let her know when I'm ready and she'll continue to help me. I stepped to the side and when I stated that I was ready she pretended as if she didn't know who I was. As if we didn't just have the conversation 5 minutes ago. She said "what is it that you want me to do". I explained to her what I wanted her to do. She still stood there as if she has no idea what I was talking about. I explained that I need her to scan the shipping code as she did before with my others. She said "well I guess I can". I then asked her why did she state for me to let her know when I'm ready if she didn't want to help me. I left without getting what I needed done. It was a complete waste of 20 minutes of my life spent at the UPS store. This is an example of horrible costumer service. Once again her name is Scarlet. read more
