It had just the right amount of heat, leaving the perfect lingering warmth that immediately made us want another. The woman working the truck was friendly and welcoming, even with the wind and rain coming down. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bellingham. Lastly, the old owner used to have a Banana Crunch Roll that was the bomb. Why this owner didn't learn how to make it and keep it on the menu is a head scratcher.
