This place was recommended to me for jewelry repairs. I brought in a sterling silver cross pendant on 11/17 to have the bail replaced. I was told the pendant would be completed and ready on 11/23. On 11/23 at 1pm I arrived to find the owner inform me he had yet to start my jewelry repair and that it was next on his list and would be done 11/24 now as he was closing the shop early. On 11/24 I arrived at 11am to find the owner again inform me he had yet to start the repair and wouldn't for another hour or so as he was currently helping in store customers. I understand people get busy but the owners unapologetic nonchalant attitude towards his continuous delay of project completion makes me understand that I'll never do business here again. read more

Went in to take a look and buy some jewelry as I am an avid collector. Having traveled to Dubai many times to see and buy from their famed Gold Souk which is a mall dedicated to just jewelry and Gold. I have purchased many pieces and know my Gold. That being said, the store is cheap looking. The owner had some okay pieces. Mainly over priced for the quality. But Mainly There was a lot of junk, fake junk. Metal rings with fake stones for $200? Why , who does he thinks is? Jacob the Jeweler of Celebrities? I have never seen so much fake crap in my life. And all over $200 price range. Some of it wasn't even silver?! And he doesn't even know what the stones are or if they are real or notreally? And some of the rings are really rusty and just nasty.! Lol, the guy is a fake and his shop is beyond pathetic. But then again, it's in a hole in the wall location. He even has people leave their fake overpriced 2nd hand costume Jewelry on display to sell for them. And his attitude is beyond rude and unprofessional. He's a short dude with short man complex! And obviously no knowledge of Jewelry whatsoever. I would never spend my money on such crap from a crappy fake jeweler with a nasty attitude. Sorry I wasted 10 minutes of my time in such a ghetto shop. He harasses his customers making nasty personal comments about them. He belongs more in a pig pen shoveling doodoo rather then making crappy jewelry. But then again maybe his daddy past it down to him. Don't waste your time people. I've seen the same junk he sells for hundreds, selling on the net for less then $40. Check out Groupon and u will see what I mean, it's all made in China metal plated with fake Gold. Seriously don't waste your time with the fake Picasso- and he's far from that as well. I am so glad to have a place like this in town. After my favorite necklace broke I hung on to it for a few months trying to figure out a way to repair it myself. Finally defeated, I came here to see what could be done to salvage my beloved necklace. You can't just walk in the door here, you have to ring a doorbell and be buzzed in by an employee. When I came to drop off my necklace I entered with a man while the jeweler was helping another woman select earrings. It was a good, solid 10 minutes after I walked in before the man working (the jeweler) acknowledged me in any way. The woman he was helping when we entered took a while but he never shot me (or the man I entered with) a glance or a "I'll be right with you" until he was moments from walking over. Not a big deal, I guess it gave me a chance to look around a bit but most of their stuff was out of my price range. The guy looked over my necklace and told me he could fix it for $15, just over $16 with tax. I agreed and he told me to return in a week to pick it up. When I did come back there was a few women in the store and I started dreading the wait before I even got in. This time however, he acknowledged me right away and remembered that I was there to pick up a necklace. He called to a woman in the back of the shop to come help me and she emerged a few minutes later to retrieve my necklace. When she brought it out I noticed the ring the jeweler had attached to repair the necklace needed to be clamped shut a bit more and he fixed it right away. It was so great being able to wear my favorite piece of jewelry again. I certainly hope I don't have another of my items break anytime soon, but if it does happen I'm confident the staff here can handle it. read more

I had my ring resized at a different jeweler and wanted to have Nan-Den Jewelers take a look to verify it matches my GIA certificate for my own peace of mind. The owner was very understanding and reassured me that my diamond was untouched and indeed matched the certificate. He checked the measurements, verified the color, the prongs, and the imperfections. He pointed out to me that the prongs were loose and showed me by shaking the ring by my ear and listening for the sound of it clinking. For $20 he tightened my prongs and now I can feel at peace knowing my diamond is secure and that there is a jeweler down the street that I can trust. read more

Over the phone his wife gave the most thorough and accurate and lowest idea of what I may expect compared to other shops on yelp. Sure enough her bottom guestimate of $ range was the amount: $25. !/2 to 1/4 what others tossed out on the phone. So I pulled out a gold band that needed re-sizing. he said $35. Done deal! Weeks later after having done to another local and well yelped "buy gold" dealer who quoted $133, Fernando assessed it (not knowing I had checked anywhere else) and said $165.
