Came for the renovated space, this time it wasn't so crowded but now the space feels a little bit more cramped as the play area now has big structure which is great for the kids but really separates the adults as the structure don't accommodate bigger/heavy people. They really need to enforce no food in the play area as one parent who was not. advising their two kids was leaving crumbs everywhere ( kids could easily step on the cake crumbs) . Lucky enough the owner was right there cleaning it up, but she should have scolded the terrible parent, instead of letting it slide. read more

I've been here twice in the morning on weekdays. Not too crowded and parked down the block. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. Snacks and beverages available for purchase. Offer 60 or 90 min open play. Spiral slide with clear panel to see the kids coming down, plus a large 4 section slide. Lego block wall, ball pit, mini market and mini hospital room for the kids to play. Plenty of ride on toys. Great music, sometimes playing Disney songs. My daughter had a blast here!!! Only thing is there are a lot of adults just roaming around and the space is a bit tight. During Covid/flu season they def need some ventilation. My daughter enjoys this place. It's clean, no real negatives. One small pet peeve however. The tree pits just outside are an eyesore and need to be cleaned up and maintenance. As they are, they do not serve the business well. See photo attached. read more

My 1 year old daughter had a great time here. Everything is made of foam and I like that there are windows in the little castles. We stayed for an hour and in an hour it got REALLY crowded!! An hour was enough time because it started to get a little chaotic. My only complaint is that children were eating food they ordered there and they made a mess by the play area. I love these little play areas for little kids.... Esp for birthday parties. They use their space well and built upward. Came here for a birthday party today and my 2 year old loves it. There is a giant ball pit area and towers that allow you to go down slides and little costume changing rooms.... I even threw my 3 month old in the ball pit for a minute just for pictures. They have this beautiful space for kids to eat pizza and the floor are all padded. They also included goodie bags for a free 2 hour session when you come back. My son had a great time here. We only had an hour before closing time but he definitely played. We were a bit bummed that the bottom level was closed so I did not get a chance to experience it with him. (The reason for my 4 stars instead of 5). Enjoy coming here but they really need to figure out their booking process. They sell gift cards, but we've been told you can't buy a pass online with a gift card, you need to just show up. So the other day we tried to do that and when we got there we found out both floors were booked with birthday parties for the next three hours, so I had to turn around and take my kid (who was promised Nana's) home. You can imagine how that went. Why sell gift cards if you can't even use them? In the past I've called Nana's to try to make sure we were good to walk in and they just didn't answer the phone. Really frustrating. Other times when you try to book online ahead of time the website takes you to the last page and doesn't let you confirm. An online booking system should not be such a problem in 2026--this technology has existed for like 30 years. Nana's is a fun place when you can get in but not sure if it's worth driving there if there's a 50/50 shot we'll get told to turn around when we get there and then have a cranky toddler the rest of the day. read more

I came here with my nine month old hoping to keep him entertained without having to buy a million toys. He loved it. It took him a few minutes to get warmed up to the place but once he realized he was allowed to touch everything, he went crazy. He climbed up the foam stairs, took his time exploring each room and used the grocery cart as a walker (which was great because now he doesn't have to bang it against my walls). We came here on a Thursday afternoon and the place was empty except for one other family. Although I'd prefer coming when there's more kids, I can see how it can get tight when overcrowded. Sometimes you have to be near your kid to supervise and that means getting into the ball pit with possibly 10+ other kids and adults. read more

f you are looking for some indoor activities for young kids 6 years and under, then you must try out Nana's. I brought my five year old nephew here today and boy did he have a blast. Nana's isn't as big as some of the other indoor play places we've been to but they make very good use of the space that they have. There is the prerequisite ball pit and slide in the middle but there are also lots of activity areas. There is a small reading nook with tiny chair and stools, a dress up area, a grocery store, an area with musical instruments, and a Lego wall, just to name a few. I'm also loving that this place is geared for kids 6 and under; older kids are only allowed in the cafe. So no need to worry about older kids trampling over the younger ones whole they play. There is a fairly large party space in the back with a huge balloon arch on the wall; very cute. The cafe has many small tables to sit and eat. They have a pretty good selection of snacks, baked goodies, and hot and cold drinks. Next to the cafe is the store selling high end toys. By the entrance are the lockers (which are free) where you can lock up your belongings. There is one family bathroom and they provide sandals to use inside. We stayed for two hours and paid $25 which is on par with other indoor play places we've been to. One adult per child is included with the ticket. They also offer monthly, quarterly and yearly packages for those who plan on coming regularly. I'm looking into doing this since we had such a great time on our visit. Overall, highly recommend this for families with younger kids. read more

Wow it's not often I run home after going somewhere and want to write a review immediately due to being THAT satisfied with service! I got recommended this place by two friends and knew the pictures looked fun from the slide and ball pit but thats all I knew about it. Fast forward months later to today we were looking for a play place that is indoors and open on a holiday. We had issues with booking tickets on the website - it wouldn't let us enter credit card information... a few phone calls later and playing around with it, I think you need an account for it to let you enter credit card. They assured me with18 spots left it probably wouldn't be an issue to just show up but I like to have a reservation in advance. After going there, I really wonder the amount of people they allow in... while I figured it was 20 at a time, it felt like more than that and I was dodging people often. Just glad the site worked eventually. Anyway I had the impression we were supposed to get there 15-20 minutes early to sign the waiver even though I was pretty sure I already did.. plus why not an extra min to get settled or whatever. I panicked because even 9:59am the big lock was still on the door.. for a 10am reservation. Guess there was no rush whoops (and I'm never on time to anything!! We must have been excited..). I didn't want to waste a minute of my daughter tearing this place apart during the 10am-12pm session we booked. What was nice was on my bracelet they had me wear, they said expiration time 12:10 so I think they account for the 10 minutes it takes for them not being open right when your session starts. I was impressed from the second we got there with how carefully crafted this place was. It truly is a wonderland... not only the huge slide right into the huge ballpit but each little area of the castle had a little something to discover (i.e. a doctor's station, a baby care taking station, dress-up area, lego area,pretend supermarket, etc). Then there were more and more slides and surprise a bounce house and a rock climbing wall and little merry go round. All ages in their range could find something for sure. They are not strict with just staying on the upper or lower level which was SOOO nice just to mix it up after an hour or so. My daughter loved everything, can't even tell you a favorite but the big slide definitely was where we spent the most time and got the most squeels of excitement. Their cafe has very kid friendly options. It is so nice they offer this because otherwise it really limits how long you can stay to play. Also just a tip - when you subscribe to the emails, the owner will give you the first cup of coffee on her :) This was a treat - and it tasted good too! I think its pretty awesome they are in other locations like Jackson Heights and just opened in Massapequa. The cooler thing is that they aren't even exact replicas of each other so if I do head to the Massapequa location like we originally wanted to, it will look a little different and be a little bit of a difference experience (not that my daughter or any kid cares... a slide is a slide!). Host my daughters 2nd birthday party here and it was perfect! The space was clean, comfortable, and soo fun for the kids. The team on-site and during planning were great. They handled everything. I even showed up late and didn't have to do anything. The catering they did was delicious and everyone was raving about the desserts. Everything I tried was delicious and on theme (Elmo). The custom cake was priced fairly and came out exactly as requested. They also did the goodie bags and setup the adult food and arranged the music person. I highly recommend doing a party here! While smaller than some other play places, Nana's makes use of the space it has by having elevated play spaces. I found myself pleasantly surprised by its nooks and crannies - there's more to this place than what you immediately see. Lego wall and shopping pretend play on the left and a small selection of costumes and vanity tables on the right. The little "beach" alcove with tiny wooden cubes was also a hit. What's unique about Nana's is that it puts a little more consideration for the grown ups with coffee on the menu for purchase, benches scattered in the play spaces and arcade games. Overall it's a great concept. I've gone with my nephew when it's not crowded at all & also when it feels a little over crowded as other reviews mention. I do see what other reviews talk about that it gets cramped when there are parents plus children since it's not that big. I actually saw an older child sort of shoving little kids around which was a little off putting since that child's caregiver wasn't watching at all & chatting in the cafe area with friends. There are a lot of fun toys. The ball pit is popular on the first floor which is where most kids love to go! The 2nd level is also pretty cool with another ball pit & a climbing wall. I'm giving it a 3 because I'm not sure that a weekly membership is worth it yet or if we will really get usage out of it in the long run. I think going on very crowded days so far didn't help either because it's a bit much for a smaller space, & it doesn't seem to be controlled even with timed increments. My nephew loves being outside, but it's a wonderful option for colder & rainy days. read more

It's really cute and really clean. Definitely will be back. I think the waiting area is very small so that's a little inconvenient. Nowhere to sit unless you're actually in the gated area playing and you can't come in unless you pay. Lol. I think the two arcade games that they have there are pointless. S Behind the counter is also an eye sore. It's not neat- it's sloppy and I don't understand why you would have the food and beverages facing where the children play can get to them. I've been there twice and I saw kids take things and the parents had to tell them to put them back. Idk.. just observation. read more

What a super cute indoor playground for toddlers/younger children. I actually booked a birthday party here for my toddler and I have NO regrets! The booking process was straightforward and I appreciated receiving a follow-up phone call regarding my booking. Almost everything was included in the pricing and I love how convenient it was to add on food for the adults. The party room was beautifully decorated and lived up to my expectations. Liam, Nicole and one other worker whose name I forgot, were super attentive without being overbearing. The facility is clean and well kept. We have a prepaid balance of over $200 for our children to enjoy, but the basement at The Nana's Little-neck location is always closed on Friday afternoons. They claim it's for cleaning, which is quite puzzling! Why don't they clean the basement before opening or after closing? read more

Our 5 year old loves this place. It's clean, the air conditioning was beautifully cold during the recent massive heat wave, and fellow patrons are generally quite respectful (kids and adults). This made us comfortable with the space to purchase an unlimited play punch card for our daughter so she can be back again and again. A great thing about this space is that it's generally not crowded, so all kids and parents are spaced out. Parking can be a challenge, so be sure to look for parking in the nearby residential area. read more
