Upper level overlooking the ball pit

I've been here twice in the morning on weekdays. Not too crowded and parked down the block. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. Snacks and beverages available for purchase. Offer 60 or 90 min open play. Spiral slide with clear panel to see the kids coming down, plus a large 4 section slide. Lego block wall, ball pit, mini market and mini hospital room for the kids to play. Plenty of ride on toys. Great music, sometimes playing Disney songs. Definitely going to be coming back more often.

My daughter had a blast here!!! Only thing is there are a lot of adults just roaming around and the space is a bit tight. During Covid/flu season they def need some ventilation. I like how they have two different levels and lots of options. My daughter definitely had a great experience during winter break!

    Tree pits just out front.

My daughter enjoys this place. It's clean, no real negatives. One small pet peeve however. The tree pits just outside are an eyesore and need to be cleaned up and maintenance. As they are, they do not serve the business well. See photo attached.

Everything went well. The place is clean, the front desk is so sweet, clean bathroom (that's a huge plus). It has the best play areas and multiple areas at that. So wonderful. It'll bring out the kid in anyone. The slide into the ball pit was AWESOME ;0D big kid here

I love these little play areas for little kids.... Esp for birthday parties. They use their space well and built upward. Came here for a birthday party today and my 2 year old loves it. There is a giant ball pit area and towers that allow you to go down slides and little costume changing rooms.... I even threw my 3 month old in the ball pit for a minute just for pictures. They have this beautiful space for kids to eat pizza and the floor are all padded. They also included goodie bags for a free 2 hour session when you come back. They also had this bubble party session during the party and the kids loved it.

Great place for me to just play with all my friends on a cold or rainy day or for a party. I had my dad drive me from Manhattan but an easy drive in Queens.

My son had a great time here. We only had an hour before closing time but he definitely played. We were a bit bummed that the bottom level was closed so I did not get a chance to experience it with him. (The reason for my 4 stars instead of 5). Other than that, it was a nice place for indoor play. I definitely have to go back to check out the lower level.

I bring my son to Nana's all the time. The prices are great and he always has such an amazing time. There are two floors with great games and toys to keep him busy. We always do the $25 for two hour time slot.

I attended my friend's daughter's birthday party, and it was amazing! The kids had a great time, but so did The grown-ups. In fact, we asked if we could rent a place for ourselves! Liam and Rosario was absolutely fantastic. Making sure that everyone was taken care of and that the party ran smoothly. They took care of set up cleanup, and entertainment! They were truly Top notch.

f you are looking for some indoor activities for young kids 6 years and under, then you must try out Nana's. I brought my five year old nephew here today and boy did he have a blast. Nana's isn't as big as some of the other indoor play places we've been to but they make very good use of the space that they have. There is the prerequisite ball pit and slide in the middle but there are also lots of activity areas. There is a small reading nook with tiny chair and stools, a dress up area, a grocery store, an area with musical instruments, and a Lego wall, just to name a few. I'm also loving that this place is geared for kids 6 and under; older kids are only allowed in the cafe. So no need to worry about older kids trampling over the younger ones whole they play. There is a fairly large party space in the back with a huge balloon arch on the wall; very cute. The cafe has many small tables to sit and eat. They have a pretty good selection of snacks, baked goodies, and hot and cold drinks. Next to the cafe is the store selling high end toys. By the entrance are the lockers (which are free) where you can lock up your belongings. There is one family bathroom and they provide sandals to use inside. We stayed for two hours and paid $25 which is on par with other indoor play places we've been to. One adult per child is included with the ticket. They also offer monthly, quarterly and yearly packages for those who plan on coming regularly. I'm looking into doing this since we had such a great time on our visit. Overall, highly recommend this for families with younger kids.

Host my daughters 2nd birthday party here and it was perfect! The space was clean, comfortable, and soo fun for the kids. The team on-site and during planning were great. They handled everything. I even showed up late and didn't have to do anything. The catering they did was delicious and everyone was raving about the desserts. Everything I tried was delicious and on theme (Elmo). The custom cake was priced fairly and came out exactly as requested. They also did the goodie bags and setup the adult food and arranged the music person. I highly recommend doing a party here! It was clean and easy and has a great open space for grandparents to sit comfortably. I also bring my daughters here to play on rainy days and they always have the best time.

Ask the Community - Nana's Wonderland

What is the difference between the lower and upper level?

The upstairs has the huge ballpit and slide area; in my opinion it's more photogenic (looks like a kid's dreamland) and more fun. Of course the cafe area and the entry way are up here too. Downstairs is just more amazingness (trampoline, another…

The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

There is one dedicated staff that cleans and picks up all the toys on the floor. My kids loved this place. They had a lot of fun as there is so much to do. For younger kids you do need some supervision as some kids are pretty rough. Some parents also don't care about what their kids do. My son waited to play with the trains but the kid that was playing with it took all the trains with him and his mom allowed it. My son was so disappointed. Since this place is still fairy new, things are still in good condition the first time we came. The second time we came there was more wear and tear and the canon in the ball pit did not work. However, there is still a lot to keep the little one busy. My kids are on the younger side so they don't play with the smaller toys like the pretend play kitchen and the sensory toys. My kids like the pebble pit. He spent most of this time there. On the downside there are kids who don't follow the rules and throw pebbles around. Two hours do pass by very fast but it's enough to tire out the kids. Overall still a fun place to take the kids.

We paid $26 for 2 hours open play which included a $11 game card - however, that card got us barely any games and I knew instantly if I didn't slow things down we were going to be done with this place in less than a halfhour. We dragged out some time on the indoor playground which definitely had some nice climbing areas and slides.. but before you know it, we're back at the games! We still had fun though especially due to the playground but on a summer day I was thinking eh maybe we should have just gone to a park's playground if this was going to be the best part.. Our favorite game was a unique skeeball one they had and the claw machine. The bounce house was fine it was nice it had a basketball hoop but not much more than that. They had a toddler section with toys but my 5 year old daughter seemed a little old for it or had a lot of those toys- definitely good for younger ones though like siblings. I wasn't a fan of everyone having to take their shoes off.. especially adults I would have figured could keep them on. I'm guessing they would make you buy socks if you didn't bring any due to sandals. At least they had cubbies. I feel like I could see a birthday party being fun here so maybe that would be a different perspective. When we went, it happened to be us and just 2 other families so it was pretty quiet. Oh speaking of parties.. it took awhile for us to finally be able to book here for open play because we were always looking for a weekend and usually they reserve morning blocks for parties (leaving open play times like late afternoon 3/4/5pm. We were hoping for earlier slots to open up at some point but no luck. It is nice that this place is located in the town of Bellmore so you can walk to other places within the town before/after for food, coffee, even a movie, etc.
