I first tried Care.com and other online sitter search sites and found them time consuming and less than reassuring. I would be on my own for interviews and background checks--way too much work and expense for a one-time event. Luckily, I found Sitters to the Rescue and it was exactly what I was looking for. They have their own network of experienced, background-checked sitters, and the service contacted a sitter who met my specific needs (infant, Saturday night, etc.) They were very knowledgeable about setting up a sitter in a hotel room and anticipated needs I wouldn't have, like having the sitter check in at the front desk. When our awesome babysitter arrived I felt completely comfortable. The hourly rate was a little more than if I had found a sitter on my own, but considering it included the legwork it was a good deal. If we need a sitter in the Indianapolis area again, I will definitely be using Sitters to the Rescue.

I called Here to There movers and the owner called me back himself to ask questions about what my needs were. Amy was very pleasant on the phone and said she would find out what they could do for me. They said they would be there in an hour. They were! Jason, Calvin, and Christian were absolutely awesome! I had such a fun time hanging out with them while they moved everything. This move was a serious pain in the butt! They had some really difficult challenges and were able to get it all done really fast! Thank you so much guys! Putting themselves at significant risk if hurting themselves. Because they were late, everything was moving at hyper speed. Repeatedly hit doors damaging corners & trim. Will require a lot of touch up. Destroyed a refrigerator by moving too fast through tight spacing. Did not reassemble our dining table, just rushed away. Their boss sat in car in front of both houses. Never offered to introduce themselves and of course wouldn't acknowledge the destroyed refrigerator. "We'll turn it into I insurance" And now no one will take or return calls! What a sloppy, poorly run business. Avoid at all costs!

Never had any details other than he was assaulted and had marks on his body. He has been potty trained over 2 years and had accidents on multiple occasions because of the negligence. I've heard teachers yelling and unable to control kids because of the ratio of students to staff. They just want your money, nothing is taught here , complaints were ignored and no action taken. His lead and assistant teachers were consistent throughout the year (no constant turnover and drama like we experienced at his previous center). The classrooms were spacious and well-equipped, and also serves as an instructional center for IUPUI students studying early education. We especially liked the STEM program as the class progressed through multi-week thematic units based on the children's current interests (e.g. simple machines, dinosaurs, castles, camping). Students use a blend of technology and tactile materials and toys, and our son was even able to read and comprehend short stories before leaving for kindergarten. There are a number of ways for parents to get involved as the classrooms go on numerous field trips and the center hosts family events and open houses. Class updates and pictures are provided via the Tadpoles app throughout the week. Parent conferences are held twice a year. The center is professionally managed by IUPUI and a friendly, new, hands-on director was just hired in spring of 2019. We would recommend the center to anyone working, studying, or living in the downtown area.

My 2 year old son was…read moreattending this daycare in Brownsburg since July 2022 and has been taking developmental therapy there. We recently discovered he might be autistic and is considered non verbal. His autism screening has been postponed due to him needing surgery for his ears. He had his surgery just before the holidays. His doctor initially thought that a hearing problem may be the cause of his lack of communication. The owner Stephanie, the director Chris and daycare staff Cassie have not provided the care I had hoped for for my son. Cassie has addressed his behavior to me many times by embarrassing me in front of other parents during pick up. My son was always escaping and running out the classroom as they mentioned to us. But this should not be cause for mistreatment. The facility member have NEVER sat us (his parents) down and to talk about the difficulties or allowed us to revise a plan to help with his behavior. This is still unacceptable! This place has no care for children with developmental issues and doesn't follow their own guidelines. UPDATE: Teddy Bear Daycare says that they will issue me a refund but I have yet to receive it..

I am beyond upset with ABC 123 daycare in Noblesville In. My son has been going there since he was…read more1. Today i got a phone call that a decision was made of Un-enrollment do to him running out of an exit door. I had many questions as a concerned parent. How was nobody watching him? They claim that a teacher when running after him but by the time she grabbed him, he had already gone through the exit door. They also claim that my son who's 3 should know the difference between a regular and exit door. This is a high concern because thankfully nothing happen to him. Had he ran out onto the street what then? I just feel that this of high importance for parents to know. They didn't care that my son has been going there since age 1 and mostly didn't care do the circumstances we are facing now how hard it would be to find another daycare. I am mad about what happened and hurt but mostly, fear for the safety of the other children attending this facility.
