I needed a baby grand piano tuned that hadn't been serviced in at least 5 years. This piano has been in our family since the 1970s, so it holds a lot of sentimental value, and I was very particular about who I trusted to work on it. Mr. Han was incredibly accommodating and patient, working around our piano movers who needed extra time to assemble the piano--the piano was coming from Los Angeles County to Riverside County. Once everything was ready, he got right to work. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain additional services beyond tuning and cleaning without any pressure. The end result was amazing--he truly brought the piano back to life. It both looks and sounds like new again.
