The doctor is rude and does not have the child's best interest in mind. They waste your time. The appointment starts with the office scheduling so many patients at one time that you can not even sit inside the building. An appointment that was scheduled for 8:30 wasn't complete until 11:30. When your child is called back they will not allow you to go back with them already increasing your child's anxiety. Once they go back if there is anything found other than a simple filling they will tell you they must give you a referral and can't address the issue in office. My daughter had a broken tooth. She is an established patient and they were made aware of why we were there at the time the appointment was made. After taking her back doing x-rays and cleaning they come back and say they can do nothing for her because they do not do root canals on adult teeth. This is information they could have given me before my daughter's appointment so I could have taken her somewhere that could help her. My daughter is still in pain and we both missed a day of work/school for absolutely no reason!

My daughter and I were called to the consultation area around 9:30am where I signed paperwork for the procedures. The dental tech asked if I was comfortable with my daughter going into the back area (where cleaning and x-rays are performed) without me. Apparently, this is a procedure Dentistry for Children does to make children more comfortable with going to the dentist. She explained to me once the X-Ray and teeth cleaning are complete, I would be pulled from the lobby to meet with the doctor to review the x-rays and ask questions. Against my better judgement I agreed and watched as the dental tech walked to the back area with my daughter. Once I saw the door close behind them, I walked to my car to drop my daughter's jacket off. I came back into the lobby a couple minutes later to find my 2-year-old daughter sitting in the lap of a stranger. I come to find out that my daughter was standing in the lobby hallway crying and the stranger was the only one to comfort her. Next, I question the receptionist to find out what is going on and she has no idea. So, she calls to the back area and another dental tech comes out to take us to the teeth cleaning room. At this point in time no employee was aware that my daughter was missing. The dental tech had no reasoning or explanation as to how my 2-year-old daughter was able to leave out of the "secured" back area, walk through a "secured" door and into the lobby without anyone noticing she was gone. It was like this happens all time. Prior to my daughter being called to the back area, I sat in the lobby and watched as each child's dental procedure was complete the assigned dental tech would walk the kids into the lobby and call for the parents to get their child. Why was this procedure not followed with my child? No one at this facility was concerned with the safety of my child. Finally, another tech approaches me and tells me she not sure how my daughter got back into the lobby. She tells me the door is too tall for her to open it by herself. I'm writing this review to warn other parents about this dentistry practice. Dentistry for Children needs to have the appropriate party reach out to me and explain to me how this happened. I need to know who was responsible for transporting my child during the x-ray and teeth cleaning and how they left my child unattended. There are cameras at this facility, and I would like to review the footage as my child was unattended for an unexplained amount of time. This situation was completely unacceptable and frightening as my child could have been kidnapped or injured while in the care of Dentistry for Children.

10/10 - Highly recommend!…read more We recently had our first visit to Kids Dental Express on a Saturday, and the staff made the experience incredibly positive. My seven-year-old daughter is autistic and experiences severe anxiety around dental and medical appointments, largely due to previous experiences at other providers. Denny, the office manager, is a fantastic asset to the team. She made the intake process smooth and was exceptionally welcoming when we arrived. Knowing she has years of experience with special needs children was a relief. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to both me and my daughter, helping her feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Shruti Pandhi was also wonderful--she showed great patience and helped my daughter feel safe in an environment that would usually be intimidating for her. The office itself is clean, inviting, and perfectly kid-friendly without being overstimulating, which is a big plus for children with sensory sensitivities. We're so glad we chose Kids Dental Express!

STAY AWAY!!!! It DESERVES A ZERO RATING!!!…read more Brand new patient to this so called ''dental practice'' and this is the nightmare they put my daughter and I through with no apologies.... the nightmare begins when you walk into the clinic. Gal behind the counter has no smile, no hello, zero personality; basically you can tell she hates her job. After signing in and ''waiting'' to be called, she (Ms personality) gives you an app and tells you to return it when your done. As I'm filling it out, my daughters name is called by a ''nurse''. This nurse tells me they will xray and clean while I wait outside in the lobby. What? parents not allowed? why not? I asked. Nurse blamed it on office policy. I politely insisted that I would rather be with her throughout the entire treatment (as most parents would agree). 25 minutes later we are called by a different ''nurse'' who puts us in a room; no not the treating room but a waiting room all by ourselves. Before she walks away she says ''someone will be right with you; no explanation who but I assumed it would be the dentist. 20 more minutes go by and the same nurse passes by our room on four separate occasions taking patients who had come in after us directly to see the dentist!!!! When she walked by us again, I asked her ''who are we waiting to see and why are we not being serviced? Her response was ''your next. Just wait back in the room''. Waited another 15 minutes and the went directly to the ''check out counter'' and explained my frustration to the clerk/operator. She went back to the treatment room and said ''sir, your next. Just follow the nurse''. At that point my daughter was at the water fountain drinking water. I expressed to this ''nurse'' to give us a sec while she finishes. My daughters done drinking and we follow the nurse into the treating room where this ugly, old, yellow tooth lady scolds me by saying '' you cant be in here; I'm treating a patient''. I responded '' I just did not walk in here, your nurse called our name and told us that the dentist would see us now''. This hag responds ''well when I was ready to see your daughter I was told she was drinking water so another patient was called''. I couldn't believe the audacity of this so called dentist! uncaring, rude, and inconsiderate !!! we waited over an hour to see this wench (yes, the old ugly hag is the Dentist) and she tells me to go back in the waiting room and wait to be called again! !! I told her we've waited for over an hour for her but yet she couldn't wait 30 seconds for my daughter. She offered no apologies but kicked us out by saying '' I believe this is not the right office for you''. Folks, this office is understaffed for the amount of patients here's why: the lobby had at least over 60 kids running around waiting to be called. This ''Dentist'' is so greedy that she allows horrendous uncaring service as it begins obviously with her, and would rather keep all the money to herself and make her patients suffer with the wait times and horrible service rather than hiring a few other real Dentists to control the flow. Hey but why should I care. I hope people take this review to heart and let her business sink as it deserves to be. check out the other review. Its no coincidence that they also mention the ''no parents allowed'' policy in their complaint.

Dr. Nofallah and his entire staff are caring and genuinely concerned that you understand what they are doing and why before they do it. They are not only professional, but caring and compassionate. After decades of undergoing nearly every procedure my former periodontist performs, I had spent…read moreover thirty thousand dollars on nearly every procedure performed in this practice, e. g., sinus lifts; at least two periodontal gum flap surgeries; extractions; temporary replacement teeth; crown lengthening; gum graph surgeries; at least three implants, two of which failed, and this is only a partial list of procedures; and of course, periodontal deep cleanings every three months for at least ten of those years. At my last visit, I was informed that to just maintain my current status, I would need another nearly ten thousand between the periodontist and my regular dentist, in the form of restoration and crowns. This entire dental history was as a cash customer. By researching my situation online, I discovered New Teeth Now and proceeded to look at dozens of videos on their website, and attended several of their webinars. Of particular interest was the Zygomatic procedure, perfected by Dr. Harley Richards and Dr. David Kirkpatrick obviating the need for a sinus lift in order to place implants in the maxillary. Another compelling attraction, was Dr. Kawveh Nofallah's lab which shares the same building as the surgical center. I think every review I've seen or read, singles out Dr. Nofallah and his staff of technical artists for their attention to crafting authentic dentures. Long after the surgery, a patient is in the gentle and kind hands of Dr. Nofallah. I had the procedure just over two years ago, and I am delighted with the results.
