No rating ! As per this office. Make sure you call customer care to make sure your policy has been cancelled. Then you call back for help and it's like pulling teeth. Then you asked for the manager to call you back and they tell you - you have to call customer care to leave a message. Does not make sense . Where is Nancy she is never in the office. There are a a few other offices in Plantation area that are available. You may need to call all of them to get the right match. read more

Listen to the reviews!!! I'd recommended Dan Cato's office. They're much more respectful and understanding. My insurance lapsed due to me being in the hospital & this office told me "Well maybe if you had paid the insurance, you'd have insurance." Money is no issue, I had to take care of my health first. I felt so defeated, disrespected, and disgusted. For a client that pays 6months premium at a time, I was treated like the ground the office is built on. If I ever switch back to State Farm, it won't be through this office. read more

The worst customer service on the planet! After over three years of loyalty I experienced $100/month unwarranted increase, then when I changed auto insurance to a better company and sent them the required cancellation form and new declaration page they then proceeded to illegally steal an unauthorized debit of $239 from my bank account before the thanksgiving holiday. Consequently, I'm told I have to now wait for more than two weeks for my refund check via snail mail. Why couldn't they put it back in my bank the same way they stole it. Reps Chelsea and Carley are rude, contentious and unprofessional. read more

This by far is probably the best insurance agency i have visited on by search for a good car insurance quote. I went to many different agencies and this was the only where i felt pretty comfortable. They had drinks and snacks to offer me when i entered the office and had a little waiting room area to watch a movie. Worst insurance company ever. They changed the flood zone on my property Aug 2014 and as of today I still trying to get it canceled. It already cost me $$ in premiums because my mortgage is paying it. I can not tell you how incompetent they are. Don't get screwed with crappy service.
