    Greetings fellow consumers . . …read more So, we purchased a Precor Treadmill ($2,000+) a few months ago to assist in my rehab (definitely before the Covid-19 drama) . . . & on this particular day (20 May 20) I decided to stop by the store to seek clarification regarding an ongoing issue we've been having (since Precor did not return my calls regarding this issue) . . . & upon entering the store the saleswoman (before saying ANYTHING else, says to me (with her hands extended in a crossing guard 'STOP' motion) . . . "Didn't you read the signs on the door!!!" . . . to which I said "yeah, it said "No Public Restrooms" . . . & her reply was condescendingly (to say the least) "you need to read all the signs" . . . . yeah . . . 'customer service 101' . . . don't treat customers like their your children with your condescending tone . . . We both were wearing masks when I entered the store . . . & before I even got within 10-15 feet of her . . . she made her condescending statements (with her crossing-guard stance) . . . In any case, the point of my visit was to simply ask a question (behind my mask AND the CDC's suggested 6' distance) . . . since Precor did not return my calls . . . and she was absolutely NOT helpful . . .which is bizarre to me as she was incredibly helpful when we were making our purchase . . . which I believe is a testimony to their customer service "BEFORE" the sale . . . service after . . . not so great . . . (euphemism). So, my take home message is this: If you know what you're looking for & you don't need assistance in the process . . . this is a fine place as they seem to carry quality products . . . however, IF you need customer service . . . you'd be better-off shopping anywhere else . . . Walmart, Target or even the internet . . . as that's pretty much the quality of 'after purchase service' you'll receive here . . . p.s., to be clear, if given the option . . . I'd likely not rate Precor as harshly .. . however, AZ Health . . . I'd give lower rating if it were an option. p.s.s., Note to AZ HEALTH: IF you're a retailer & you're not open for 'face to face' customer service (after the state permits you to open) . . . . your signage needs to be BETTER than this . . . & you need to figure that out) . . . though I suspect that I'll miraculously see you post a picture of a sign on your business demonstrating this . . .     This is a returned item/open box junk store…read more Messaged this person on Facebook marketplace and they told me they still had the item they advertised. Drove 20 minutes to be told they had possibly sold out the previous day. Spoke to the owner who told me that he looked at the manifest and more world come on Friday and he would deliver to me. I asked him if he was sure, because I only had the rental truck I was driving until Thursday, and would go somewhere else if he wasn't. He assured me, shook my hand, and took all of my information. Thursday I called to make sure he would still show up, and he told me he had never actually looked at the manifest, but he'd let me know Friday. Friday came and halfway through the day I asked when they would come, and they never responded. I messaged them again today, and more lies. Avoid this business. They are liars, and have no morals. They also threatened me when I told them I was leaving negative reviews.

Talked with three different managers. I said I want my $10 delivery fee plus $5 tip refunded. All refused. Said delivery fee goes to Doordash. I was told I could cancel order and drive to store. If I could drive, I wouldn't have paid $15 for same day delivery. I was told I could cancel order and have it shipped to me. If I wanted to wait 3 days for delivery, I would have ordered the equipment for less on Amazon. One manager started talking without listening to me, told me there are a lot of scam websites, I probably got scammed, and that I was talking over him. I informed him that he was talking over me, I didn't order from a scam website, and that one of the managers confirmed my order was ready for Doordash to pick up. Another manager told me she's not responsible for what's on the website, and was unwilling to agree to suggest to higher management that they take the false advertising about same day delivery off their website. She said I should complain to Doordash. I said I have no contract with Doordash, Dick's does, and Dick's should take responsibility for Doordash failing to fulfill the contract on the website. She said it was probably in the fine print somewhere that Dick's isn't responsible for Doordash's service, or lack thereof. I received my delivery at 1:30 PM the following day, 17.5 hours after it was promised. Your company engages in deceptive marketing, and your managers are untrained in customer relations.
