It's also a store within the coffee shop that seemed like it had very cool local items to buy, and I'm all about shopping local. I will say my friends love this spot and go often. There is two sides, so plenty of seating and it seemed very conducive to working from this location too. So why only 3 stars? I am a fair believer that everyone has an off day and I'm guessing it may have been it for them. I just felt like the person who helped us was extremely unfriendly. It was my first time there and I felt rushed to order my drink with her. My coffee was okay and I definitely think I would have enjoyed it more having ordered probably something different and to be fair they had lots of options. Also to note my friends loved their coffee so it does seem like they produce quality coffee here. Like I said maybe she was just having a bad day but she didn't seem happy to see our group or to help our group, it was about 5 of us. And at one point we are standing all together by the register and she basically told one of my friends to move so the man behind her could go. I mean we were customers too and we all ordered drinks and if she felt like she was blocking him there could have been a more pleasant way to tell her, she wasn't doing it on purpose. And the man wasn't upset it wasn't like he was saying excuse me and nobody heard he was looking at what he wanted to order. All and all I would say I would still come back. I really do think they are worth a try. I know baristas work hard and working with the public isn't easy. I don't know what type of customers came in before us and it could have affected how she was feeling, I totally get it and definitely feel like they deserve a second chance to try because the place is a vibe!
