I travel a lot due to business and I'm not always able to keep the appointments as needed and even with that the results still stand I can only image if I were to do it the correct way. I was officially diagnosed with PCOS in 2012 and shortly after that I made the decision to look for place that I could trust with my face most importantly. As I was starting to get raised bums on the side of my face and chin, that I can not fix with waxing or plucking. I initially started with Alex and she is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedures carefully to me. For me there was some stinging in certain parts of my face but nothing that was out of control. It last a few seconds and then it goes away. Later on, Chantel took over of my care and she has been just as amazing. I love the results so much that I bought a package for my stomach. And even though, I have not completely the treatment the hair on my stomach is nearly gone and what has come back is very light, how it used to be. The hair on my face is a bit more stubborn, but even there the hair is light and no bums. Since, I'm not able to go back right now, I've just been shaving it like they taught me and my face is clear. Yes, the treatment can be a bit expensive, but believe me it's worth every penny. They also often have special, so take advantage. For, those of us that have excessive amount hair in unwanted place there is no better option. I can't wait to get back home so that I can get back on track. Thank OCL Team.

A few days before surgery appt to remove a…read moresyst I called and asked for a price because I knew that my insurance deductible had not been met yet. I was told they couldn't give me a price yet. I went in for surgery and they gave me the price. So I paid them. I went ahead and had the surgery. When speaking with the dr I told him I didn't want to send specimens to the lab as I couldn't afford anymore money. He told me not to worry as it was included and was considered standard minimum care. I went for follow up and stitches removed. A few weeks later I received a bill for 178.00 from the lab. After several calls over a week. Come to find out the "included" lab work looked concerning so it was sent for a second opinion that's the reason for the charge. I asked for the report because no one ever said anything to me about that. Can't have the report unless I go for another doctor visit for 35.00!!!! That doesn't make any sense that I was charged when I said I didn't want it done..... and I can't have a report that I have to pay for. And can't have the results of the report. Their office just said, oh well that's our policy. Craziness.
