They were hard working business vendors... scratch that... partners in our success. Foojee specializes in helping companies that have a good number of Mac or iOS devices. They provide IT support, repair services, software training and assistance with all things involving Apple products. They are especially helpful in iOS rollouts to sales teams that may otherwise use the Windows platform. I can't say enough nice things about Foojee and Lucas Acosta, the owner. The male with the French name in the TV section side stepped my question after he'd recommended a medium priced option. I asked if there were other lower cost options and he said other options cost even more. I didn't trust him because it is Best Buy. I saw labels on the one he selected which read "for all major brands" so at looked at lower cost options with the same labeling. It works great and was easy to set up. It was $10 cheaper than the one he/they wanted to upsale. It's also telling that none of the reviews have seemingly received responses from store mgt or even corporate.

I brought it back to a former employee named Zuhare, who was the only person I had dealt with on this particular laptop. I had to bring it back several times times for multiple issues. The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. I finally decided to go back and the new employee and owner fixed it for me for free within a day. No charge. Now that Zuhare is gone, it is a wonderful place again.

Nothing was done to it for 2 days and when I went there to pick up I was informed that nothing can be done and I was being sold a bunch of other services and products. I then took it to another shop, they provided a detailed diagnostics of what's going on and a solution to fix it. Simple and straightforward. I was later sent an invoice from safe pc and received multiple threating texts asking to pay or they'll have legal proceedings. This place is a scam with no knowledge of anything. That employee basically changed his diagnosis twice and I ended up buying a product I didn't need; in the end, after holding my computer for nearly a week, declared he couldn't help me. (for the record: Tech Genius fixed my computer in a matter of hours once we had all the needed components.) To me this was a problem of communication and I felt sort of dismissed by the whole thing.
