Everything was so tasty! I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta, and my friend chose the margarita pizza. The staff were welcoming and cheerful. The staff was great and the food even better. I ordered a toasted Italian beef with mozerrella and red sauce.

Ordered one chicken Parmesan sandwich and one chicken Parmesan dinner cutlets, and both were hard as a rock unable to eat the dogs had a hard time chewing on a piece had to throw it all out also unfortunately the pizza had flop. Everything was made backwards. read more

Pizza was great and service was even better. We stopped during a road trip for our son to visit friends and for us to do laundry next door. We decided to order a pizza, thinking a medium would be enough for three. But it was too good and I didn't leave any for my teenage son! I went back to order a second for him since he was coming to join us but the woman at the counter told me they were closed. The manager didn't care for having his mask on around food and the employees who were in the back making the food didn't have masks on either. It's been difficult finding a good neighborhood Italian food and pizzeria in North Suburbs. Lennie had Tonellis which was good but is now closed. Now he drive to Morton Grove that has 4 pizzas places almost on top of each other. Of the for Burt's and Pequods are good for there pan pizza while Bringer In and Nani's have great thin crust or tavern style. read more

Due to the sheer number of visits and now - coming through with such an excellent pizza during a pandemic - Nano's thank you so much. I almost shed a tear when I opened the box - a little normalcy, a little comfort, a little reassurance that things will go back to normal soon. Nano's is and will always be one of my FAVORITE places for carry out. It was extremely close by where I grew up, and a place that my family frequently ordered from and still do to this day. IMO this is the best pizza ever despite being somewhat simple (that's saying a lot given the fact that I moved to the city and have endless pizza options now). The broasted chicken and garlic bread is also always a must have as well. I've never had a single bad thing from this restaurant, and they were always friendly whenever I was on pick-up duty for dinner. When I'm visiting my parents during the week and my dad says he's picking up Nano's, it immediately becomes the best night ever. Definitely a must try, and I really hope that they'll be around forever. The quality has never gone down from since I was a kid until now, and that's saying a lot for any restaurant. read more

There must not be a lot of picky reviewers in this area as I don't get the high ratings. I ordered a pizza to eat upon arrival. It took a while to get once there, the toppings were not correctly on half of the pizza, the pizza was ok but the crust was flavorless, the sauce did not pop, and the heavy cheese was not great. The highlight of the meal was the Cesar salad but it had very small like stove top stuffing for croutons. This was also pretty expensive for what it was. read more

Happened on this little pizza joint located next to a coin laundromat for dinner with my cousin and her kiddos. Ngl, I had second thoughts but I'm glad we took the chance on this neighborhood pizzeria. Everything from the fried chicken to the Greek salad to the thin crust pies were fantastic. The fried chicken was piping hot, seasoned really well and juicy. The Greek salad was super fresh with delicious Kalamatas and chunks of Feta. The Nano's House pizza has plenty of fresh toppings and melty cheese. The kids ate up the sausage and pepperoni pie leaving a single slice. The service was friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were part of the neighborhood by the end. On this visit to Chicago, I wanted to try something other than deep dish and Nano's did not disappoint. My initial thought was to go to Hub's because I've been before so I know what to expect. But I'm sure glad I decided to come to Nano's instead. This is a small store in a small strip mall. We decided to sit down to eat after ordering our food, there were a lot of take out orders while we ate and only 1 other party sitting down to eat. We ordered the gyros plate which came with gyro meat, pita, a whole side of fries, onions, tomatoes and taziki sauce. And the half chicken dinner which came with fries, garlic bread and coleslaw. Both plates were a substantial amount of food and was very filling. The gyros were good and not dry. The broasted chicken was juicy and delicious. And the skin was crispy. I'm glad we came here instead of Hubs as the portions are bigger (Nano's gives an entire order of fries) and the price is cheaper as well! read more

I'm happy to say I have found my go to for pizza. Nano's Pizza is amazing! The staff were nice and the food is absolutely delicious. Their stuffed pizza is out of this world. Best pizza in town, owners are amazing people their staff is always kind and service is fast for take out, crust is out of this world homemade pizza sauce just wow don't skip over this place you'll regret it I also love the fact that Nano's Pizza is family owned and they make great quality pizza. This place is a hidden gem. I was looking for a laundry mat and they are right next to one! Went in to get a slice of pizza. It's a nice cozy looking restaurant with tables to sit and eat. The girl upfront was very friendly and welcoming. I ended up getting a slice of sausage and a fries. The slice was very tasty and a decent size for the price. Since the new owners have occupied the restaurant the food quality has gone down drastically. I ordered pizza slice on 5-21 and it had hardly any sauce on it. It was completely dry. We have gave the new owners benefit of the dought but things are not changing. read more

Good luck getting your pizza order correct and even more luck to you in getting them to make it right. Do your self a favor and order from somewhere else's. It's pizza, it should not be as hard as this place makes it to get it right. I have experienced more wrong orders than correct orders. They know the horrible record of getting my orders wrong. I called the same night I order the pizza and was told to call it in next time and they would make it right. I tried that tonight and was met with an argumentative and rude person acting like I was asking for something free. You told me that you would remake the pizza and deliver it out that night or get the credit next order. Get your facts straight. You gave me two plain cheese pizzas that night. Good, solid thin crust. First time trying Nano's on our way to House of Torment (keep driving) and we really enjoyed it. In fact we devoured the whole pizza that night. Thin crust had a softer chew with crispy edges. We ordered all mushroom half sausage half pepperoni. Sausage was smaller but had good flavor. Cheese was plentiful and not salty. Contrary to some reviews, our pizza had a reasonable amount of sauce. While a little sweeter than I like, it wasn't lacking any. Maybe order 'xtra sauce' if it's not enough? Just my 3 cents. We were a little early picking up our order and had to wait. It happened to be raining outside, so the guy behind the counter brought our pizza to the car...how nice is that? I finally made it in here to try their locally renowned broasted chicken via a carryout lunch order.  This place has been on my bookmark list for 5 years, so I'm really knocking 'em off now.  Pizza and broasted chicken are their big sellers and to support a local mom & pop business, we'll also have to try their pizza one day.  As far as the chicken - it was indeed very good, and piping hot fresh out of the oven.  I picked up their 8 piece box for $10.95 (a Mon-Thu promotion with a slight discount off their regular $11.50 price).  I would say about 4.5 stars good.  The only knock might be that the seasoning could have used a touch more spice or flavor.  Just to compare, I'd say Chicken Inn is still our broasted chicken champ based on a more flavorful and spicier seasoning and their chicken pieces tend to be bigger based on today's NP sampling anyway.  Overall, very good and give Nano's a try! read more

Best thin crust pizza in the area. You'd have to head into the city for a proper thin crust but this place has an excellent classic Chicago thin. I've also had their broasted chicken, beef, lasagna, salads, loaded potatoes, breaded mushrooms, and dessert options. I haven't had a bad thing here yet. I've heard good things about the burgers so that's next on my list. Fast ordering, great service. Parking can get a little congested when they're busy so I recommend getting your stuff delivered at peak times. Plenty of seating in dining area in case you need to wait or want to dine in.
