Instead of getting the right person for the job he got an attitude and started talking about how he's strong and big and has towed forklifts before he simply didn't have the tools for the job so we told him that. He then stated he's gonna have to charge us for coming out even though THEY sent the wrong truck. When he was about to get in his truck he said a few disrespectful things under his breath so I told him he wasn't gonna talk to my grandpa like that, he told me he'd beat my a** and got in his truck real quick, I stood up and started walking towards his truck when he floored it out of my driveway and yelled out the window that he has a gun and will "happily" use it. After this happened, we called Power towing and they blocked all of our numbers while we tried to get a hold of them. Horrible company, CRACKHEAD TOW DRIVERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I received Dan's name/# and called him this a.m. I hadn't (thank goodness,) had a vehicle leave me stuck for over 10 years. This was a new (used) vehicle to our home. I had zero history with any companies in the area, as I had never needed one! I should not be surprised as to the amazing/quick/excellent service that was provided. I've now been able to read the reviews here on Yelp and they are 100% consistent with what others have shared. He was at my home on-time, courteous, kind, and even offered to make sure that my vehicle re-started after I turned it off/started it up again. His jump-equipment and his truck/flat-bed are all very clean/well-kept. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, the charge was VERY reasonable under the circumstances. I found out since that Tow AZ is contracted with my insurance company as well (you can bet I'm going to add roadside assistance/towing to my auto policy now!) I hope I don't need to see Dan again anytime real soon - but I'll be passing his info around to my friends/family for the future. His company will be the only one I'll use.
