Pick and drop off was less thank 6miles. he tells me ok to leave my vehicle "that's a repo". I just got back from the lake and was headed home, no repo here folks. He steadily argued with me. I have a tacoma 4x4 and needed a bed not a frontlift which is what is used for quick repo towing. after many calls to the servicing company, who will never use this guys again, i finally get a flat bed and the guy appears to not know his job well. truck gets put on way crooked. enough that the whole thing is leaning to passenger side. The driver showed up promptly (less than 25 minutes from my first call), he was kind and supportive. My truck was over-loaded, I was fearful that the driver would have insisted me to pull all of the items I had strapped on top, and on the back of my truck - he did not. He allowed me to hitch a ride with him, this saved me time and money, he was even kind enough to ask me if I wanted him to stop off and allow me to get something to drink or eat. I couldn't believe the customer service I received, once home the driver ensured that my truck was secure, not too close/far from the curb, and it was blocking my driveway. I had a horrible day, fortunately County Tow and their driver was the only good thing that happened to me, and I am very grateful. If I need a tow again I will definitely use County Tow, they offer a flat fee for towing, no tow fee, plus mileage, etc, etc. Granted, my tow was covered by the roadside assistance, but the customer service and kindness provided was priceless.

I had my truck towed 7 miles in Gilbert with this company. They towed the truck backwards due to it…read morebeing rear wheel drive. Tow truck driver moved very quickly and never mentioned anything about possible issues with towing backwards. While under tow the tonto cover ripped off flew over the front, and damaged the hood, windshield, and front right quarter panel. Upon completion of repair I noticed issues right away. I have a picture of the truck hooked up to the tow truck with no damage and sent pictures to Major league showing damage. I called and spoke to the owner. He said anything that flys off is my fault, and they have no liability. Obviously I have never driven the truck 45mph backwards, and never even considered the tonto cover may be ripped off during tow. Driver never mentioned or even gave me a second to make sure the cover was secured, however it was locked as and closed shown by the damaged locking mechanism left behind. The owner has ignored my emails and calls not addressing the issue. 3 days earlier I had the truck towed from north to phoenix to Gilbert (57 miles) with no issues from a company out of north phoenix. If you want any accountability or safe towing I do not recommend this company. I have given them more than a month to do the right thing before leaving this review. I have since submitted a claim to my insurance and they feel the towing company is liable and will address legally.
