One of the tires on the car was low so we were going to get more air for it. We didn't get to it…read moreright away and by the time we were ready, the tire had gone flat. While we know how to change a tire, we no longer have the strength to loosen the lug nuts. Thankfully we have AAA and called the emergency number. Everything is automated so follow the directions. You must fill out what the issue is and other information before you receive a confirmation of your request. AAA sends you a text with a link. They tell you to click the link and hang up. The recording forgot to mention that a form will appear for you to fill in. The form is somewhat assumptive but stick with it. Once that was done everything ran smoothly. We received a text within 10 minutes telling us they received the request. Several other text messages were sent to say we were hooked up with a driver and the ETA of the driver en route. Everything took a little over a hour from start to finish. The driver was helpful and nice. The whole process would have received a 5 star rating except for the form itself.
