It's wild because her car smelled like gasoline after that, but it had never smelled like that before we brought it in! Idk what kind of shady shit they're pulling but that's what happened. MY plug change is working great...still can't figure out this fuel leak they're talking about, but still catching whiffs of gas here and there. Idk what they did but I'm convinced they did something. Patrick didn't give me the run around like a lot of mechanics these days trying to add on unnecessary work, he only informed me of the important things and didn't pressure me into making any purchases I wasn't sure about. This will definitely be my families new spot for tires & other maintenance! :)

Then Peter came out to look at the side of our RV and the nightmare i had just done to the side of it. It sounded like nothing id ever heard. Like i was ripping it right down the middle of it. I don't ever want to hear that sound again... ever. Peter was unbelievably kind. He knew exactly how I felt. He reassured me that he had seen much worse... not to worry, and that he would make sure it would be just like new when he was finished with it. He kept in touch and updated us along the way. He wasn't like any insurance company or estimator i have ever dealt with.. and i used to be a manager at a body shop! He was kind, personal, sincere and straight up honest with us. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The battery was long dead. How hard was that to figure out? Ripoff.
