The car's paint was flawless, however the front bumper was a shade darker than the rest of the car. Upon further inspection I came to the conclusion that it had been repainted at some point. Well 3 years later the bumpers clear coat started to lift, and I decided instead of spending a lot of time and money at a body shop, or the dealership that I would give OnSite Recon a call. The quote they gave me was hundreds less than any other body shops I called and they guarantee the work for as long as you own the vehicle. However the main reason I went with them was the fact that they would have all the work done in less than 4 hours at my house! I must admit, I was slightly skeptical about having my front bumper professionally repainted outdoors. I was also wondering how close they could paint match the rest of my vehicle since it's red, and red is a difficult color to match. Steve was my technician, and after talking with him about how the paint may turn out, and weather or not he would be able to match it 100% I gave him the green light. I'm glad I did. Not only was my car finished in under 4 hours but the bumpers paint looks 100x better than it did when I first purchased the car back in 2011. Not only was he able to match the paint, he also was kind enough to touch up 3+ years of paint chips on the hood and fenders. Very impressive! So if you don't want the hassle of a dealership, or body shop quoting you ungodly amounts of money for small repairs or keeping your car for days or even longer give OnSite Recon a call. If you're worried about quality don't! These guys are professional, pay attention to detail and have excellent customer service. I found Onsite Recon on the Internet, and though I typically like to see more reviews I decided to give it a try. They responded to my email for an estimate within hours (significantly less than the body shop), and were able to schedule a visit to the home we were staying at the next day. Steve was extremely courteous and professional and had my bumper looking like new in an hour. He went above and beyond in trying get a dent out as well. A few days and a car wash later, the repair is looking great. I highly recommend this service.

They were very quick to look at it and confirm they could do the work (several other shops sent me to other places). They told me to bring in the truck whenever I could and the work would take about an hour and a half. I brought the truck in earlier today, around Noon. They were very prompt to pull it into the shop, and gave me updates often. The work ended up taking less than an hour. The staff was extremely courteous, and the guy that did the work came with me to look over the vehicle and make sure I was happy. Overall I don't think they could have done anything better. I'd be happy to recommend anyone go there when they need some work done.

My car was completed 3 days earlier then estimated. Car Struction reserved the rental with the car rental company, through my insurance. Easy peasy. The owner follows me out, takes some pictures of the damage on my front fender and door, asks some questions, and explains to me he'll need to write up a quote and email it to me. I was a little skeptical, thinking I wouldn't get an email because other things got in the way, but sure enough, I received one later that evening. The shop quote was just under what I had been receiving from other shops and the owner was very nice when talking outside of the shop so I decided to trust them with the work. They quoted me 3 days and sure enough, 3 days had passed and I received a call stating it was ready to pick up. I headed there almost immediately, eager to see how it looked. I was very pleased to see how clean everything looked, and how you couldn't tell a difference in paint tones, seeing as the original paint is 15+ years old. I highly recommend this shop for any paint and body needs. I'm thrilled with the turn out of mine and I won't hesitate to use them again, if need be.
