When I arrived, they were confused about how to do an inspection/emissions test and after 1 1/2 hours they only did the inspection. I ended up having to go to Pep Boys to get the emissions done. My state provides a list of out of state emissions/inspections providers and told them to remove these guys from the list to prevent any other people in the future from wasting their time. I don't recommend them and won't be using any of their auto services in the future.

The car alarm was going crazy police hassling while at the hospital by my family's side as they almost passed away. To be specific, I was quoted 2 different prices by nationwide chains located in my area , but neither could provide the needed tow service and one couldn't even do the work for another day or two. AAA dispatched Number One , and there truck arrived within minutes and the driver called in the replacement alternator. Upon arrival at the shop , the staff immediately began working on my suv and had me ready to go in a flash. They beat the one chain store in price by $300 , and another by $60 ( but that one I would've had to buy the part at one location and bring it to their repair shop).
