My Grandson had the car for 2 months (purchased Sept. 2025) before I approached the dealer in person w/ the afore-mentioned complaints. as of 11/13/25 the car failed to start, we had a mechanic look at it and the cost to repair would be about $900 + for this car that I paid $2700 for. We had to put two new rear tires, thermostat, thermo sensor, wiper blades and (again) the left front wheel Axle bearing. We plan on junking the car as the dealer wants nothing to do with our complaint.

I've lived in multiple areas over the last few years: Wyomissing, PA; Boston, MA; West Hartford, CT; Ardmore, PA. I make it a point to always get work on my car done by Lee or someone at his shop. I cannot tell you the amount of times I went to a mechanic near where I lived and felt the price was a bit high, and then went to Lee who works with you to see what you need. Even if I don't need an oil change, I'll get it done early when visiting the parents for a long weekend or holiday because they are that good and that's how much I trust him. For example, this one time I went to a mechanic in Wyomissing and he said I need four new tires. He almost didn't let me leave unless I got new ones. I went to Lee and he said only two were needed and the other two could wait until the fall (before winter). There's no guarantee I'd come back to Lee again in the fall to get those other two tires done. This was just one of many, many examples. He isn't about money. He's about trust. I cannot stress enough how honest he is, especially for a mechanic that sometimes get bad reputations. My suggestion: Go to Lee and get your car done. If he says you need something, he really means it. There's no buyers remorse from him or wondering afterwards if he was just trying to sell me.

Amazing experience at Autozone @ 1015 Airport Rd in Allentown, PA. The starter on my car would not…read moreturn over and although it was parked across on the other side of Airport Rd the awesome team had one of their associates (Michael) come to my vehicle to run the tests needed to see what was wrong with it. After getting that information and coming back to the Autozone store to further diagnose the issue Michael confirmed that it was in fact the battery that needed to be replaced. Not only did Michael help me choose the best battery for my Nissan Rogue, he personally came back across the road to install it at which point I was extremely grateful and delighted when my car started without any further issues. Michael, his manager Anthony and the rest of the team at this Autozone location need to recognized for their OUTSTANDING customer service to me and I have no doubt to their community. Should I have any further issues with my Nissan I will definitely stop here first and get their assessment and feedback. I highly recommend this Autozone on Airport Road for anyone needing guidance with their vehicle concerns!
