I would have given them 5 stars, but the PRESSURE put on me AFTER the sale by the Finance Dept Warranty Saleman was beyond the pale. The stories of "what if's" this or that happens were hilarious. I don't live in fear of what MIGHT happen and felt a little belittled by that last part of the process. A simple question: "Would like to discuss warranty options with our Sales Dept?" would have sufficed. Because I would have said NO. Never, ever by extended warranties. It's fear-mongering.

Scheduling was easy with convenient drop off/pick up times. Less than a week before my appointment, I had an idiot moment and added two more dents to my car via a falling scooter handle. I felt sick to my stomach, but Dustin was professional and pleasant, and had the body tech review these and give me a quick updated estimate. I was also able to get all of these dents repaired during my same appointment. Pricing was very fair, and the results are nothing short of amazing. I look forward to taking future work to Praxis, but hopefully of the window tint and detailing type instead!
