I usually have good customer service and car service at the Auburn Indiana location. However at my last oil change, they overfilled my oil by 2 quarts causing an engine malfunction, repair repairs needed, and a new oil pan. read more

This place is quite the disappointment. I stopped in for an oil change and wish I hadn't. From the moment I pulled into the port the "upsale" started "I recommend using full synthetic" "Your pan gasket is leaking" I looked (more on that later) it's not. Neither employee seemed to like the other so I imagine this is not an isolated case, disgruntled employees=below average results. I have owned my vehicle for 7 years and have NEVER had a spot in my garage. This morning, I noticed a few oil drops where I park my truck, it's parked in the same spot every single day, zero marks on the ground prior to Jiffy Lube visit (no coincidence I'm sure) Agitated, I pulled out my pad and got under my truck, defeated the point of having my oil changed there. First thing I looked at was the oil pan since the "professional" said it was leaking, 100% intact and oil free, hmmm. I removed the skid plate and immediately saw the problem, the oil filter drain on the oil filter casing was not installed properly. Quit with the upsale BS and do the basic job correctly, it's a small town, I'll spread the word and make a little dent in their business. read more

Had to run to Walmart... when I started my car the 'oil change' message came up so I thought I'd stop at the jiffy lube nearby because in the past they've always been quick and reasonably priced. Although the service was fairly quick and all the staff were very pleasant I won't go there again because it was way more expensive than what I am accustomed to read more

They left grease stains all over my seats! I mentioned it to the manager there and he said they would try to get it out, I was afraid they would just smear it and make more of a mess, so decided to not let them mess with it. I'm gonna take to a detail shop and see what they recommend. I will never go back here! read more

I drove my truck from California to Indiana and stopped in to get my oil changed before heading back home. Once on the highway I noticed my truck was running more loudly than when I brought it in. I pulled over and looked under my hood and had seen they broke pieces off my air filter container so the top was just sitting there not properly snapped in. Very unprofessional and rude. I get as far as Oklahoma when my truck starts to idle very rough. I take it immediately to a shop and they basically inform me that whomever changed my oil last used the wrong oil and it is causing my oil pressure to drop when my truck is hot. They said it is very hard to prove but since my truck is a 2010 with 55,000 miles on it, that would most likely be the cause. I don't know if they used the wrong oil for sure but I can tell you I had the worst experience with my truck after going there. Never again. read more

Been using this Jiffy Lube for regular oil changes for a few years now. Staff is quick and courteous. Never had a problem!

Worse than a 1 star! I arrived 15 minutes prior to close and asked point blank if I was too late. I never received a direct response from the staff. Finally, a gentleman came out to the lobby area and informed me that they couldn't complete my oil change because he had shut down the computer system early and was unable to restart the system. I had offered to pay in cash, but was told that option wouldn't work. I was annoyed that they had wasted my time, but wasn't nearly as upset until I went to the next location to get my oil changed.... At the next place I went to I was told there was no oil in my oil tank. I had not smelled burning oil and I park my car in my garage, so I would have noticed an oil leak. Fortunately, my husband had also check my oil level earlier that day as I was leaving town the next day and he determined I would be ok if I wasn't able to get the oil changed before I left. So that leaves me with one conclusion...while at jiffy lube they started my oil change, but stopped halfway through since the guy in charge wanted to start his weekend early and had shut down their system early. Jiffy lube gave me a "VIP card" for 10% off any future oil changes which is a total waste since I'll never go back there again. read more

What is the number one rule of an oil change? DO NOT cross-thread the drain plug. These guys cross-threaded my drain plug! Permanent damage to the engine block. I will never enter a jiffy lube again in my life. Way to go, guys. read more
