It was hard to part with the vehicle, although with me getting married here in the coming fall, and then starting a family, it was time to upgrade to a bigger, more roomy, and comfortable car. I started out at the local competitor's dealership; Lexus. To be honest I wasn't impressed as I drove their IS350, which is supposed to be the closest competition to Infiniti. After this I was pretty disappointed, so I searched out for comparable brands and cars and arrived at Infiniti's Q50. Now the difficult part came around, finding the right color car, with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I test drove one initially, that had everything I wanted but the color. So I passed on it. A week later or so I came back and was prepared to offer something for the car regardless of the color, but the car was already gone. So back to step one again. I found one that I wanted down in OKC, but did not really want to drive the 400 miles to go pick it up, and told myself I'd give the local Infiniti of Omaha the opportunity to see if they could come up with the exact car that I wanted. Almost on que, I got a call from Jose; my salesperson, which he told me that they had acquired a car with everything I wanted including the color, the tech package, the wheels, everything. This thing was full loaded. His manager was quick to put a reasonable deal together. So I took the deal! They even worked with me on holding a check until my insurance claim on my previous car cleared. The communication was excellent, and their demeanor was superior in terms of customer service. I highly recommend this team, as well as these vehicles. Couldn't be happier with my Infiniti Q50!!

I heard lots of excuses. Brought my vehicle in at 10:00 AM and ultimately didn't get my car back until after 6:00! No offer of a car for the day to-boot! No service discount. We had no intention of doing more than test driving. We pulled up, and they had a huge selection. We were approached by salesperson Steven Provencher, who was non-intimidating, welcoming, and invited us into the showroom. He looked for the vehicle we were interested in, talked about the 2025 models, etc. After locating the vehicle, we went for a ride; the CrossTrek was a beautiful blue pearl. Steven mentioned an off-road course located behind the dealership. We drove that, and it was impressive. Why buy a used car with a limited warranty when a new car with a full warranty was just a few thousand more After seriously researching at least 4 different types of vehicles and multiple dealerships we found our way to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue where we met Antonio Gaskill. We told Antonio what we were looking for and when we were looking to sign the paperwork Three things. Safety, reliability and to have my daughters name on the loan and title. We test drove a CX5. One model up from the base model and it has every safety feature we wanted plus a few more. Plus, after talking to the insurance, because of all the safety ratings that come with Mazda, insurance on a new vehicle would ONLY go up $75 a month. My daughter also wanted a white or near white color. None in stock, Antonio did tell us that there were a couple due in within a couple weeks There was NEVER any pressure. Antonio did a great job of keeping in contact and letting us know that a white CX5 was coming in. Today, about a month or so after meeting Antonio, BOTH my daughter and I signed the paperwork on a 2023 CX5. As an 18 year old, she is on the loan! That's a big deal to me and will benefit her going forward in life. Thank you Antonio and Woodhouse Mazda for working with us literally meeting each of the three requirements that we had!

1-Star Review - I Feel Completely Cheated by Omaha Mercedes-Benz…read more I never expected to write something like this about a Mercedes-Benz dealership, but Omaha Mercedes-Benz absolutely betrayed my trust. I paid $61,500 for a Sprinter van, believing I was purchasing a reliable Mercedes vehicle from a reputable dealer. Instead, I ended up with a van that was defective from the very first day. Even during the purchase, I should have noticed the red flags. The buying experience was almost too easy--effortless. They were extremely quick to push the sale through, even though I live all the way in Southern California. Now it's painfully obvious why: they wanted to get rid of this van as fast as possible. And they succeeded--at my expense. At 7,546 miles, the van was already showing the same issues I'm dealing with today. I didn't recognize it at the time--this was my first diesel van, and I trusted the dealership. I trusted the Mercedes name. I assumed they wouldn't sell a defective vehicle. Fast forward a little over one year, and now at 40,000 miles, the van has a major transmission failure involving the torque converter. Multiple service advisors told me the same thing: A torque converter does NOT fail at 40,000 miles unless the issue was already there. These components typically last around 200,000 miles. So what does that mean? That the van had a serious, pre-existing defect, and it was sold to me anyway. I feel cheated, misled, and taken advantage of. I gave this dealership my trust and over $61,000 of my hard-earned money, and all I got in return was a defective van and a massive financial and emotional burden. Omaha Mercedes-Benz should be ashamed of this. This is not how you treat customers. This is not how you uphold the Mercedes-Benz brand. If you're thinking about buying a vehicle from Omaha Mercedes-Benz, be extremely careful. I learned the hard way that an "effortless" purchase can be a sign that they're just trying to unload a problem vehicle on someone else. Don't let it happen to you.

The dealership refused to take care of this procedure. Apparently they do not profit from buyouts so I was told to use their online service. I spent 2 hours speaking to an online agent and nothing was resolved. Today we walked into Woodhouse and were greeted by Josiah Ewing who took charge. Josiah had actually sold me the car when he worked for the other dealership. He got the team going and everyone provided us a positive experience. Thanks to Josiah and Adam, the finance man guided us through the buyout processes. We now own our Rogue and we have a new appreciation for Woodhouse Nissan. They were wonderful to work with.
