When we got there he said it was for the following week. When I showed him the communication, he said he did apologize but said he couldn't fit me in so we agreed on the following week. He followed up later with a referral to America Glass on 13th and Vinton, who gave us a better price and better communication. I may, however, try these guys in the future but I recommend better communication
