Your employee was very rude and arrogant and refused to listen to the issue with my purchased product. I asked your employee to remove himself from the argument and he declined multiple times. After I told him he had horrible customer service he stated I had a horrible attitude, (my attitude was based on his demeanor and the situation he had created) he got into a very arrogant attitude.Even after he was asked again by another employee to remove himself and I had another employee step in to help me with my issue your employee Oscar did not want to remove him self from the situation and became very rude and and kept making comments and kept making the situation worst. He also told me he would be covering for 2 months at the YUBA CITY store so I'm welcome to stay away if I don't wanna see him since he's helping with coverage. This is the type of employee you have helping with coverage from your Colusa store at your YUBA CITY LOCATION. Thank you for the girl that was there who originally did my order because she solved the problem the same way they had before by swapping the incorrect item in the box. All your arrogance wasn't needed Oscar because she did exactly everything I had asked you to do and you refused to do. SHE HAS THE SERVICE STANDARDS SHE SOLVED THE ISSUE THE SAME WAY YOU COULD HAVE BUT DIDN'T GREAT JOB.

Previously I had bought a car from a…read moredealership and had a horrible experience to say the least but I was reassured by the experience and expert staff and how they handled the transaction of my new to me truck since it was pre-owned. I was initially very skeptical but the staff their made it a very easy process. I met with a man name Braydon and he handled the transaction with grace and professionalism! I was able to get insurance same day as well and that was easier than buying the truck itself which isn't usually the case most times. If you're looking for a reliable car or truck and don't know where to turn then rest assured just head to Hoblit in Colusa and the team will take care of you and have you on the road before that dinner bell rings at home.     I was trying to get into a heavy duty pickup after recently leasing a brand new ZR2. After…read morespeaking with multiple dealerships, I was starting to give up. While traveling home from Oregon I noted a dealership in Colusa and tried calling. I spoke with Ryan Larson and ended up stopping by to have my pickup appraised. I was greeted by Ryan and Sales Manager Zach in the lot. We made a gentleman's agreement on a handshake regarding my trade in, since they were going to have to locate a truck for me. The following day, a pickup fitting my need was located and brought to the dealership. I live over two hours away and had to put a lot of trust into Ryan to ensure everything was correct. Ryan and Zach were always available and very easy to communicate with. After all was said and done, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour.. And after numerous phone calls answering our probably ridicules questions and seeing the detail job done and service and whatever else.. It was brought to my attention Ryan was dealing with a loss in his family all while making sure my experience mattered. Thank you Zach for honoring your word on my trade, as well as making sure all went smooth. Thank Ryan for setting such a high standard on customer service, pride in your craft, professionalism, and dedication. Class Act!!
