I was able to get insurance same day as well and that was easier than buying the truck itself which isn't usually the case most times. If you're looking for a reliable car or truck and don't know where to turn then rest assured just head to Hoblit in Colusa and the team will take care of you and have you on the road before that dinner bell rings at home. While traveling home from Oregon I noted a dealership in Colusa and tried calling. I spoke with Ryan Larson and ended up stopping by to have my pickup appraised. I was greeted by Ryan and Sales Manager Zach in the lot. We made a gentleman's agreement on a handshake regarding my trade in, since they were going to have to locate a truck for me. The following day, a pickup fitting my need was located and brought to the dealership. I live over two hours away and had to put a lot of trust into Ryan to ensure everything was correct. Ryan and Zach were always available and very easy to communicate with. After all was said and done, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour.. And after numerous phone calls answering our probably ridicules questions and seeing the detail job done and service and whatever else.. It was brought to my attention Ryan was dealing with a loss in his family all while making sure my experience mattered. I drove my truck to hoblit 4vtimes, yes I had a friend with me 3 times, spoke to 3 guys outside the building, is Dave in I need to get this truck in to have this transmission checked, same old thing that is normal, that is the way it shifts, you will get use to it, took this truck to geweke, explaining what I have been through, nobody would help me, music playing so loud at that dealership a person had to literally yell at each other to be able to hear them. Someone on Facebook stated, the guys that puts Ford together were always drunk or stoned, I did not make this up. When I spoke to Ford, the operator stated that hoblit detailed my truck, cleaned all the sap off of this truck, this truck is never parked under any trees, we don't have trees at our home this truck is in the garage every night, every night!!!! If you buy from hoblit have issues call Ford ask what the dealership did or did not do to your vehicle, I tried getting this truck to have hoblit check on this transmission, I live 70 miles one way from that dealership, hoblit was sure to run my warrantee out on this truck, after my trucks warranty expired hoblit put it in their shop stated nothing is wrong, this trucks transmission absolutely has issues, lunging, very hard shift into reverse. I am going to keep driving this truck, I, friends get hurt, can you imagine being on the hiwsy and the back tires locking up......I very strongly suggest you do your home work, I have never had any problems with Ford until hoblit, bought my first Ford at 18, we ran a ranch, bought Ford truck, logging co, bought new fords, now this, look up yelp or reviews, no return phone calls....

The team at Grumpy's have always been very professional, with great care taken with my car and the work being performed. For one, I agree with the below review, the lady they have working in the office is blatantly rude, talks a lot and over you, interrupts you when you have points of concern to mention. If you agree to their BS she is fine, the minute you question items or express concerns she will talk over you and shut you up rudely. As it has happened to me. Took many of my cars in for work over a span of several years of continual work, anytime a car goes in it typically comes back out with unresolved items forcing a second repair visit for another large invoice, or it comes back for a different issue. Seems like every-time my cars have visited the shop it always comes back worse than it went in. Given their expensive rates and poor quality - I would strongly recommend you take your car to a different shop over Grumpys. Very poor quality work, fail to standby work by having you talk to the dumb blonde girl who thinks she can talk fast and use fancy words to discredit and undermine a customers thoughts or concern. Save your money and go to a better shop. Let alone the fact I caught one of their employees running errands and joy riding my car while it was supposed to be in for repair only.

Very disappointed in PJ's new owner, trying to give the NEW owner of PJs the benefit of the doubt and think he was way over his head in diagnosing my Jeep.
