There were some complications with doing the alignment due to the knockouts being left in the upper control arms. I contacted Mike and let him know there was an issue. He ordered the tool needed and told me to bring it back in Monday which was the next business day and he would fix the problem and get me back on the road. The communication was great with the owner calling me during my first visit to clarify something they ran into and verified with me how I wanted it done, along with the text reminders before the appointments to confirm I will still be dropping off the vehicle. On top of that the have always been polite every time I have came to make an appointment, and the prices for the labor are very fair. I'll be returning to them for all my exhaust work.

My son called before taking his vehicle to this shop. Explained what happened and that it was not running. Steve that owns the shop assured him they could work on it, and we had it towed down there. It was there almost 2 months!!! And we finally had it removed and taken to a dealership. From the beginning we had to call and be told that he was busy. They was working on it, and Steve would call back. Which he done twice in 2 months after multiple requests. We were told it was the aftermarket security system. Approved removing it. That didn't fix it. Then was told it was the ECM which it took almost a month for him to determine and locate. This part came in and then was told it was the ignition relay. But he hasn't even put in the ECM to make that determination. He also priced the part at over $250 above his cost and not the standard 25% markup. The delays he blamed on the aftermarket ECM company, but I called and asked and he had been lying about everything from purchase date to their process. We received multiple stories over multiple weeks. And each time it was a new lie. Luckily I had documented each conversation and price quotes or lie told. Because when my son went to have it towed to another shop. Steve tried to charge him for a battery. I advised he didn't approve that. When we got there the battery that was in it and was showing charged at 100% when it was towed there had been removed, and was a completely different DEAD Battery. They also removed a headlamp relay from the vehicle which was a $144 part through the dealer. I have called to talk about refunding my son for relay and battery, and NO SURPRISE, he will NOT speak or call back. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!
