The quote was very reasonable and I left the car there on Friday morning, it was ready by Monday at noon. This was very significant damage and I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. It looked practically brand new, outside and even inside! They decided to detail the interior for me (car is 8 years old) and it looked fantastic. Smells like polish inside and my baby car seats weren't connected, but that was certainly proof that they actually just took everything out and detailed it without my asking. When i got my car back they put 5w 30 oil in my car, Engine and owners manual says 10w 30 oil. When i got in my car it did not start. Jeffery asked that i get my car off his lot cause he did nothing wrong to my car. He refused to take resposibility. Please no one go there. They do service contract for the car dealer cheverlet across the street. A regular customer trying to get a good oil change will get the same difunctional service as did. If you value your car dont take it there. Not iam paying for towing and repairs for starter as well redoing my own oil change.
