I'm only allowed an hour each day from work for break and I went on break 12:30p for the oil change. The manager Olga, who has met me several times, not only told me "I'm not sure who you spoke to but it can't happen today or tomorrow." One of the mechanics overheard and even offered to complete the job and Olga doubled down and said no (with her not offering any way to solve the problem, not even an offer to schedule me for another day). I said I could come on Saturday, I also offered to leave my keys so I could pick it up after work and still I was told no. I reminded Olga that I not only scheduled the appointment the day prior but that I have also been a loyal, consistent customer here for over 2 years. It didn't matter to her or anyone above her at the business. Please do not give this place your business, they do not value the fact that people are loyal customers and they do not honor appointments. I will never be giving this place my business again.
