Jonathan was the guy who came out to fix my car, and while replacing my starter, he apparently broke my knock sensor. After I asked him for a receipt, he stopped responding. This wasn't the first time either. He had done work for me before and went ghost that time too. Now that I've hired another mechanic to fix my vehicle, I'm finding out about the knock sensor issue from the previous repair. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them. There was no accountability, no follow up, and no professionalism.

All the issues, workings, possible solutions, their costs and pro/cons are presented to me clearly and thoroughly (eg: oil change, when to get my tyres replaced, headlight replacement, even test driving a car to decide whether to buy it). He walked out of his office, greeted me and I told him my issue. Pictured here is an image of him looking up the product. I had been trying for 2 months to find it. Ryan found it in 3 minutes.
