I then completed the financing process with my credit union, and my loan was approved based on that agreement. Less than 24 hours later, ABZ Motors backed out of the deal, claiming the agreement was "void" because they had received other leads on the vehicle. They then raised the price after my financing had already been approved. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. If a dealership is willing to walk away from an agreed-upon deal simply because they think they can get more money elsewhere, it raises serious concerns about their integrity and how they treat customers. I wasted valuable time securing financing and coordinating the purchase, only to have the dealership change the terms after the fact. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ABZ Motors. If you're looking for a dealership that honors its agreements and values its customers, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. For transparency, I have retained the text messages, emails, and Buyer's Agreement that support the facts described above. My review is based solely on my personal experience and the documented communications throughout this transaction.

I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.
