So I waited 25 minutes for her to contact the owner and he never answered or responded. The part was $15 at full price, I offered to pay $10 since it was broken.

I think it is our new auto go-to place for most any automobile needs. I took Lynette's car in for an inspection this morning. She knew it was going to need at least one tire (it needed two) and that the wipers were starting to shred. But there was also a clunk that two other places had not been able to locate the problem, and two days ago the hood latch had broken. Max and the crew did it all. Marylou at the service counter provided friendly and courteous interaction and information. Sammy's began on Tupper St. in 1955 and has been on Niagara St. for the past 20 years. They do collision, towing, inspections, mechanics ...and hood latch repair. The clunk? "Over certain bumps or potholes, the exhaust pipe had been hitting the drive shaft." Got a car alignment here this morning. They schedule about a week out. The alignment took about…read more1.5hours and cost around $70 including tax. Everything seemed to go well and the car drove a bit smoother after the alignment. The owner remarked that the car definitely needed it as well. The price was reasonable. It would have been five stars if there was wifi. There seemed to be a network, but I didn't ask for the password because when I asked on the phone when scheduling, the women said there was no public wifi. Just a bit annoying to be in a waiting area for an hour with no access to wifi during working hours. I'll definitely come back here if needing another alignment, but I'd probably opt to drop the car off & come back next time.
