The service department at the dealer tried to tell me that the window was aftermarket tinted, even though the glass was stamped from Ford with tint and lamination, and that the tint would need to be replaced, so I reached out to a friend who referred me to Tom. Not only did Tom take the time to explain what the issue was with my window (it was not aftermarket tinted, the dealer damaged the glass), he was also able to help mitigate the damage enough to make it so I could look out of the window without making myself crazy, until the dealer can get the glass from Ford to replace it. The gentleman at the dealer treated me dismissively, which I have found to be typical when you are a small women who drives a big truck...lol, but not Tom. Tom was willing to share his knowledge with me, so when I went back to the dealer I was able to speak intelligently about the damage. Thank you Tom!

Willing to be patience and reasonable in my selection based on my credit and income. I was transparent about my income and requested approval be verified first before I even began looking for a vehicle. I was told I was approved after filling out the application and that included the verification of income, I was provided a 2022 ford escape and put a down payment down when I was asked to by Scott. Drove off into the sunset. Never once was told there could be issues with the lender nearly a month after I purchased the vehicle. I was told abruptly with no warning my income wasn't completely verifiable? I sent atleast 15 different documents of financial statements and a detailed employment summary from my boss and suddenly, now I'm not allowed to keep my vehicle unless I give them an additional $3,000. I opted to get into a cheaper vehicle and was told I still needed $3,000 more? Seems like a complete scam. I LOST $1,500 in insurance costs because I had the vehicle insured beyond the refund policy. Galaxyauto took no responsibility for that. I am the provider in my household and now I am likely out of both of my jobs due to galaxyautos inability to be transparent and communicate effectively about the buying process and what the risks were or that my income may not have been acceptable for whatever scammy reason. This company is taking advantage of every person that walks through those doors unless they have half the total cost of the vehicle down as payment or an 839 credit score, so their job is easier. Do not waste your time being played by this shady company.

I picked up my order and then had an additional question for the employee there about a snowblower, and he helped out a lot. He went into great detail to try to help me and our situation here with a snowblower that suddenly just stopped working. He told me what to look for and let me know that they have parts and things that we need there for it. Gas line antifreeze was reasonably priced. And the gentleman was very helpful. The general manager claimed there was pieces missing from the set, this is because there's extra housing for other sizes that didn't come with my 5 piece set. The package clearly says 5 piece set and both the GM and floor manager claimed it was a 10 piece set. Instead of checking the shelf, the back of the package, or even her computer, she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the and call the police on me. Corporate was certainly called and we're resolving this issue but I will never return to a business that treats their customers this way!
