I rotate them every oil change religiously. So, I asked if it was free. I was told yes. I said sure go ahead. When I went to pick it up. I was charged $138.00 for a tire rotation. When I argued about it they denied telling me it was free. Why would I pay for something I was getting done in a another month anyway? There was a customer next to me when I dropped my truck off that morning. He was saying the same thing. they gave him a price. When he picked it up. He was upcharged big . The service guy was saying that was the quote. long story short. The service department practices are questionable at best. Don't trust them! Anything for a buck.

So I went within a few minutes got there, told her who I was, she grabbed a battery and came out to the van She looked under the hood and said it would be no problem installing it so she took my other battery out and installed the new battery within 10 minutes or less. Very good service there, very nice people working there, and efficient. I will definitely be going there more for Car parts and accessories.
