All for one hourly rate. Plus the knowledge and assistance from the Wingman himself, Aaron! It was an amazing coincidence that I found this place just when I needed it. I'm on a cross-country road trip having logged 13,000 miles and carrying some parts with me that I didn't have time to install before leaving. No automotive repair shop is going to accept customer supplied parts so finding Wingman was perfect. I happened to be visiting a friend in the area and told him of my dilemma and to my great surprise he said there's place nearby that's just what you need and he was right. The place is fully equipped, clean and available by appointment only so there's no waiting around or guessing when to go. I had a great experience there, got guidance on things I wasn't familiar with and hands on assistance by the Wingman and I really needed and appreciated that. I think all that for $40 an hour is a real good deal. Like he says no one wrenches alone. For this DIYer with an old Subaru Bugeye WRX, that is a labor of love, it doesn't get any better than this. So bring your parts, supplies and personal gear and gitter dun!

First, the place was safe, Aaron (the owner) seems to take this seriously which is a must when walking under 3 thousand pounds of car. Second, it was clean and organized but setup like a DIYer would. The tools were in good working order and easy to locate. Third, it wasn't awkward or weird, it is a car place for car guys. Aaron made it comfortable to work alongside other guys in other bays. I was in and out with a quick oil change but I'm already planning more serious work here even if it doesn't require a lift, it's nice not to be squeezed in a two car garage plus was nice having other car guys around. If you are like me and wondering if it's worth it or kicking around giving it a try - my only regret is not doing so sooner.

If you can't take the time to answer questions, then how can you expect customers to buy your products? Back in 2017, I purchased one of their 960-DLX blast cabinets, including an upgrade to their commercial 180-DC dust collector, and a number of other smaller accessories. This was quite an investment, thousands of dollars, but the ordering process could not have been smoother. Despite having the blast cabinet arrived damaged (due entirely to the negligence of the freight company, 'Roadrunner Transportation', who drove a forklift into the crate), TP Tools went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they arrange for a speedy replacement, but they also ensured that said replacement was not shipped with the same company (they work with several freight lines). The second cabinet arrived quickly and was flawless (see pics) and since then we have been absolutely thrilled with the unit. The blast cabinet functions flawlessly, especially when paired with the upgraded dust collector I mentioned. It does exactly what it claims to do, and works many times better than the bargain basement equipment we had been using before. Fit and finish on every inch of these things is top notch, with the level of build quality that puts cheap Chinese imports to shame. Once you've owned and operated one, you immediately come to understand the distinction, and that Made in USA is worth the premium over the import garbage that everyone else is peddling. Last but not least, I specifically want to call out my appreciation for Jim at TP Tools, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a true asset to the company. I am first to admit that I am not always an easy customer to deal with, especially when a very expensive product arrives damaged, but Jim always maintained an even keel and a solution focused attitude in every interaction I had with him. His level of professionalism, and ability to resolve the situation so deftly, is the reason I continue to do business with TP tools and why I just made another big purchase in the last few days. I will happily use this company in the future and highly recommend not just their fantastic products but also their outstanding customer service.

You should know that I am just getting into car care products and know very little. ECP obviously didn't focus on car care products so their selection is not extensive or intensive. That said, I found everything that I needed to specifically care for my care. I only needed products for leather, interior protector, and wash because I had all the other products. I found Groit and Chemical Brothers products here that met my needs. I also found application pads and microfiber towels for cleaning. I noticed that they have all the other products I bought at another place for car care. I noticed that they had a power tool for buffing. Chemical Brothers sells a whole lot of products and ECP doesn't sell them all. It's best to call ahead to see if they have a product you are looking for. For instance, they had the VRP in a kit but not by itself but they did sell a another protectant. They had the Chemical Brothers leather protectant but not their leather wash and conditioner. But they sell Groit's 3-1 leather. Walking around the shop floor I thought the displays seemed informative and helpful to the buyer. The service was excellent and went above and beyond. One person who helped me said she uses all the products on her vehicle because she doesn't like to sell a product she hasn't used. She even offered to go outside to look at my car's interior so we could pick the right product for it. She was knowledgeable of the products of course and could give her experienced opinion. Heartily recommended ECP

That's impressive because they have such metal forming tools in stock so you can play with them before you invest. They have MIG & TIG welders, painting tools, powder coating tools, auto body tools, and much, much more. Don't know how to weld? That's okay, Eastwood's gotcha covered. They have a shop where you can practice and a YouTube channel with instructional videos! I don't always work on cars, but when I do, I prefer Eastwood tools. Get ya some of that!

They said they were behind and would let me know. This was the most deceptive and scam-like experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop…read more Here is what happened: I needed a brake job on my rear brakes, including brake pads, rotors, and a caliper. I called on Saturday to get a price estimate and clearly mentioned the exact trim of my car. I was quoted a price between $750-$850. In hindsight, this price appears to have simply been a hook to get the business. After I had my car towed to the shop and dropped the keys in the drop box, I was contacted the next day and told that the original quote had been given by a "sub." Suddenly, the price for the exact same job jumped to $1,350. I do not mind paying a fair price for quality work, but I do mind deceptive business practices. I was told the person who gave the original quote would be fired, which honestly sounded like another excuse rather than a real explanation. At this point, I was already exhausted dealing with the situation and did not have the energy to arrange another tow and move the car to a different shop. Based on my experience, I would avoid this shop unless you are comfortable dealing with misleading estimates, significantly inflated prices, and an extremely condescending shop owner.
