At that time the dealership and management were tops in our opinions. This time not pleased at all. As I said she was capable and willing to make a deal right then and there. The Murano that caught her eye had almost 5 thousand miles on it. The asking price refected that fact. Now understaably we were not expecting them to take a loss on the vehicle, however after all the business we have given this dealership we expected a little give and take on the price. Sadly they refused to drop the price one single dollar. Her credit score is in the mid 800 hundreds. So afterr all the business we had given them, they allowed us to walk out. Not once did we even have a discussion with the sales manager to work a deal out. I sure hope the dealerships owners see this posting. We will at this time never be back.

I was told that it was possible to get tires, but, it would not be ready till the end of their business day, great! When I showed up at the end of the business day, no tires had been delivered. I am not from this area, no family or friend network from this state, and was not staying in the Cleveland area. What to do then? Nothing was formally offered to me in my situation. Anyone else, if this happens to you, be warned, you will end up with few options. I suggested buying a tire that would not fit my car just to get me home, luckily, I was able to purchase one for over 300 dollars. The next day, I found a tire place that had my tires in stock, and they were replaced with a full size matching spare that day within an hour. This location gets a lot of business, in the process of making people feel like they won, sometimes you get some losers. I lost this day, won't return again. Be warned, if you are hoping things work out, prepare to lose on occasion. When you lose, be patient, don't get loud, don't go off on those that work for the business. They will only call the police and you will not be able to write a review warning others later on. When dealing with people in any aspect of life has taught me anything it is this, when they offer you nothing in a situation like this, family, friends or this place, they don't value you as a person.

My most recent visit was especially great: I brought my sons's car in, and LTP was able to help him obtain an E-check waiver. LTP noticed that the Left Rear Control Arm was failing. When Rich called to inform me, I chose to put it off. After I paid for the services performed, Rich informed me that "the Control Arm was still under warranty," and they replaced it free of charge, as it was a safety issue. This was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I've had…read more I was actively working a deal on a Chevy Equinox EV from out of state and made it very clear I was serious -- we discussed out-the-door pricing, confirmed details like the charger and paperwork, and I was literally preparing to drive 7 hours early the next morning with my dad to complete the purchase. At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

I was told by the sales associate that sold me the car that the manager said since it was sold as is that there was nothing they could do for me, here it is 5 months later noise is still bad, rear back up camera stopped working, my a/c switches back to heat by itself ,carfax showed there was no accidents. My hood was painted and is not aligned properly, the rear end was also hit, tailgate is off, bumber and rear quarter panel has slight paint peeling and the roof has been painted found fish eye in the paint. There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. Today is 8/3/2025. I replied with my number and info on this as requested and still have not recieved any reply back. I took my vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they stated that in fact this vehicle was in fact in an accident hit from the front and back hence why I'm having the issues.
