So we went in search of the semi-perfect car. 13 hours and 9 dealerships later we ended up in Sedro-Woolley. I'd called ahead so they knew we were making the hour+ drive up there, the salesman was waiting and the car was pulled out for us to look at. He told us to take it for a drive and we would talk numbers when we got back - sure no problem! We bought it, paid cash and less than blue book - yay!! The check engine light was on and they agreed to fix it, I brought it up a few days later to have it checked out, they said they would have to order the part (a new computer!?) and I'd have to bring it back up in a week or so. Later on I opened up the trunk, they'd found the floor mats and put them in there for us, nice! They fixed the computer, the break light in the window, and got it done earlier than expected. I picked up the mail today and found the owners manual, the original sales invoice from their dealership, and two extra keys, totally unexpected but very appreciated! All in all it was a painless and easy process. They were very friendly and helpful and got everything handled. If I ever need a Ford I'll be back!

When the service manager, Rob, was confronted with this information, we were told to never return to the dealership. Attempted to contact the owner, but no phone calls were returned. Substandard repairs, failure to honor guarantee on their work, fraudulent recommendations and rude management. Now I heard this dealership has been sold to Duane Lane. Here's another special operation. They sold a friend a flood car years ago without disclosure. It never seems to end.
