We moved the area 3 years ago and I have come here because I trust the mechanics. I am not a "car…read moreguy" so I am naturally distrustful of mechanics trying to take advantage of me. I have checked their prices and labor costs and they match what I see online and at other locations. More importantly they do a great job of explaining to me what I need and why. Twice I came in thinking I needed new breaks and instead of taking advantage of me and giving me new breaks, they checked everything out and told me my breaks were fine (at no cost). Twice the were honest instead of taking advantage of me. I have had my tires and my wife's tires replaced and I felt they had a fair price. I stopped by one morning with a windshield wiper problem and a mechanic fixed that for free in under 5 minutes. So when my brother in law had car issues on a Saturday afternoon I took him here. They explained everything to him, quoted a price my brother thought was fair, and ordered the parts he needed for installation on Monday. They folks are friendly and I trust them not to take advantage of me which is everything I am looking for in a mechanic.

Do not schedule with this location unless you like canceled appointments. I had scheduled an oil…read morechange and live about 45 minutes away from this location so I had to leave fairly early before my scheduled time. As I was at the intersection to drive into the location they called and canceled my appointment. I went into the shop and spoke with the attendant who said that they were "too backed up" and that he could probably fit me in if I left my vehicle. Seeing as I was not planning to do this I declined due to not having transportation back. He then said that they would not fit me in on Sunday or Monday and that he was "Wide open Tuesday" and I scheduled for then. I had a change in my plans for Tuesday so I called to cancel like any normal human being and guess what! I wasn't even scheduled for Tuesday! DO NOT come to this location. Highly recommend that you take your car somewhere else.

Overall terrible experience. We needed one tire replaced. Should've been simple. They kept telling…read moreus that the car was on the lift but when we finally drove to the business (after 3 days) our car was parked in the lot UNLOCKED with the nail still in the tire. Well they had lost the key fob which after several days they admitted to. They never offered us a rebate on the inconvenience of taking the car to the dealer to have the fob replaced. (They did cover the replacement). Also, they kept us on hold when we kept trying to reach them and we were disconnected so we needed to drive to the business.
