I checked with the person at the counter that all those services were on the reservation and would get done. This was confirmed. I called at 2:30pm and it was just then getting an oil change. And this person on the phone says the inspection and emissions are not on the order. And even if it was they "didnt have an inspector there today". Went to pickup and the person at the desk was the same that confirmed with me in the morning the services. I asked why I could not get the inspection and emissions. He gave some reason with almost no detail that their "system was messed up across the company" and then said "thats the government for you". So blamed a technical error on their end but then the government. Then to top it off the oil change cost more for the suv than it costs for my Ram with a Hemi. The communication was bad to nonexistent. Why was I not contacted when an error "with the system" was apparent? Why was I not contacted when our vehicle was done with the oil change/tire rotation? Why did it take 6 1/2 hours to get around to an 8am appointment? They had our vehicle for their entire business day and did not communicate or apologize for the inconvenience. They deflected blame and charged a high oil change price.
