Found that they dropped a screw that went to a lug cover & had to tell them to fish it out, rather than them doing so, as I had watched them drop it.... Tipped for the free service & was told my truck would still vibrate after tires being rotated due to uneven wear, which was why I took it in to begin with. Got home & looked at tires & found that they didn't even rotate, put the tires back where they pulled them from after balancing. Everyone was polite, but you definitely need to watch the work as it seems to be severely lacking. Pics just to show

During this visit, I brought in a company car to have a flat repaired. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes with none of the BS run around that you expect at DT. Customer service is always great and they have a huge selection of tires. This is a great shop to bring your vehicle to for repairs at a FAIR price.

I came in today for maintenance a (oil change) and had made an appointment through the Honda Link…read moreapp. I was assigned an advisor, but when I pulled up another young gentleman by the name of Chris came out to assist. He was very informative and gave me the heads up about the wait time for my service. He also advised me that they don't hold a specific bay for "appointments". That was helpful information because in the future, I will just show up early instead of trying to make an appointment. He sent me a link to view past appointments and to check on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. He gave me a few recommendations of service for my vehicle based on the history because it had not been done yet. Once my vehicle was done, he called me to let me know it was ready. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience ever, but I can say this was probably the best one I've had despite the two hour wait. I can appreciate being told how long the wait is before I walk away to be able to decide if I'd like to come back a different day or just stay. He was very effective in communication and had great customer service skills. Thank you, Chris for making today's experience great!

I was a little frustrated the first time I went in - I didn't understand the system. They did a diagnostic check, which took about 90 minutes. They identified several problems with my truck. I assumed that they would have repaired what I took it in for. I had to schedule another appointment for the actual repair. This was a misunderstanding on my part, so I don't fault them - I was just expecting the repair to be done on my initial visit. My only complaint is they are busy (a good problem for them!) and they usually schedule about a week out.
