I unfortunately popped my back passenger tire the night before, so I needed a new tire. I was at the shop as soon as they opened at 8am on Friday. I was promptly assisted and was offered the choice of a new or used tire. The service person leaned towards the new tire because of the state of the roads and the amount of road construction. I ended up replacing both back tires because of the tread and having had to repair both several times. Within 25 minutes, both my tires had been taken off, the new tires put on, and the spare was put back in the boot. The price included the tires and a small fee for the labor. I was floored by how simple and quick the process was. There was no quick talk to upsell me or try to get me to purchase items for the car that were unnecessary. I had a wonderful experience at A Flores Tire and Auto so if you need tires or anything else to do with your vehicle, bring it to them because you won't be dissapointed.

My only complaint is they are busy (a good problem for them!) and they usually schedule about a week out.

Be careful with this business!…read more I went to this place with my vehicle after receiving a postcard offering a generous discount. I waited while they performed an oil change and alignment. It wasn't a long process. They provided me with a detailed list of parts that needed replacement, totaling $5,000. I was told that my battery was bad, and I needed new spark plugs and new front brakes. I was very concerned about the long list of expensive work that they said needed to be done, but my vehicle was driving just fine. I checked the battery, and it passed the test. I also decided to stop by O'Reilly Auto Parts to check the battery there, and it was working well and still functioning fine! After getting quotes from various mechanics, I decided to go with 210 Family Mobile Mechanics, who replaced the spark plugs and front brakes, which could probably last another 50,000 miles. The spark plugs and brakes looked just fine and there was no need to replace them, they could have lasted another 40-50,000 miles easily. I am writing this review to make people aware of their tactics to worry you and make you spend a bunch of money just for the purpose of taking your money for replacing parts that don't need replacing.

He was very informative and gave me the heads up about the wait time for my service. He also advised me that they don't hold a specific bay for "appointments". That was helpful information because in the future, I will just show up early instead of trying to make an appointment. He sent me a link to view past appointments and to check on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. He gave me a few recommendations of service for my vehicle based on the history because it had not been done yet. Once my vehicle was done, he called me to let me know it was ready. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience ever, but I can say this was probably the best one I've had despite the two hour wait. I can appreciate being told how long the wait is before I walk away to be able to decide if I'd like to come back a different day or just stay.
