Their technician did a fantastic, thorough diagnosis which included pressurizing the system with a fluorescent dye AND soap testing all joints in the system while it was under pressure. The problem was one flex hose part in my system. Unfortunately, it was going to take too many days to get the part, as it was not available - even in Boise. I had a deadline to be in Jackson Hole before the part could be purchased. The cost of this diagnosis was very reasonable. I ended having Jackson Hole Motor Werks complete the repair with the part identified by these people. The air conditioner system on my Sprinter is now working totally within specifications more than a month and many hot miles later. Huge Thanks for your fine work ! ! ! ! After I specifically scheduled it. This was after changing my oil so I couldn't opt out of the oil change. Then I get in my car and the oil gage isn't reset. So it had me questioning if they just forgot to reset it, or if they even changed my oil since they "didn't have enough time". Price is cheap. So I guess that is on me. You get what you pay for.

The car started just fine everytime until I took it there today. Also, all kinds of lights came on the dashboard that wouldn't turn off like the break light, the ABS light, the traction light, etc. etc. they said it was because of the battery. I have had the battery go bad in this car before and this never happened. They also told me that it wouldn't start if I turned it off because they had to jump it. My spidey senses were tingling and I felt like something was off. I talked to hubby because it's actaully his car. He said he personally had this happen twice at other Walmarts and both times the battery tested good at other locations. So I took the car home and guess what? The lights turned off and it starts just fine everytime I turn it off. My hubby did some research and said this car will do that when you do a hard reset on the computer and you can do that by simply disconnecting the battery. Then I realized this is what the kid at Walmart told me to do to get rid of the dashboard lights. I absolutely feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. WThere is absolutely nothing wrong with my battery. I wonder if they even changed my oil? It makes me want to boycott Walmart but I can't because it's the cheapest place in town to shop. They have very little competition here so they are not worried about losing business. Ugh!

Service not very friendly for a start…read more Took a battery in and they tested it and said it was dead and beyond charging and tried to sell me a new one. Took it to a different automotive store and they said they couldn't test it accurately without charging it. The other store charged it for me and it tested about as good as a new battery. So I'd take anything this store tells you with a grain of salt. I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was expecting honesty and maybe a bit of effort.
